The location was really 10! everything was close most especially the lake. There were bakeries and cafes and trattorias that are less than a minute walk as it's only along the street. The beds and pillows were all orthopaedic! The rooms and were all spacious. I just love everything about this place. Highly recommended!

The apartment is huge, clean, comfortable and perfectly located (5min by walk to the center/lake). Alberto is a super host with great advices and good indications. I totaly recommend this place to stay in Desenzano.

Couldn’t have asked for a better location. Nice walk from the station and a beautiful walk to the promenade. Some amazing restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Alberto was very helpful and informative. A great base to explore Milan, Verona, Sirmione and of course lake Garda. Would highly recommend.

Cozy, clean apartments. They have all the necessary little things in both the kitchen and the bathroom. Nice host, recommended things to do near the lake, where to eat. You can see a little of the lake from the balcony. Good location, 10min walk till the lake I will definitely come back.

Friendly neighborhood, close to excellent local cafes and restaurants. Lively but not busy or noisy. The property added to the feeling of living like a local. Didn’t want for anything, we loved our visit. Lovely host.

I wish the aircon in the property followed you outside!

Alberto, the owner, was very friendly and instilled us with confidence right from the point of booking. The property is charming, has much-needed (for someone heat averse) aircon, and is superbly located for everything - the harbour, restaurants etc. Local parking is really easy too. It was lovely to sit by the fountain in the middle of the Piazza directly outside of the property.

One of the single beds was little bit small for our boy is so tall.

It was quiet apartment and to get to markets. The person Alberto is nice and helpful and calm. The flat was clean and colorful/cheerful.

Small thing but the bathroom door didn’t close/open properly so we were locked inside multiple times.

Fabulous apartment in the great location. Very helpful host with a smooth check in and out. The apartment is an excellent size with a balcony on the back of the main bedroom. Overlooks a lovely square and you can get a real Local feel of the town. Will definitely stay here again

Only little problems are 1) corner if shower what is bit in way from bath room to appartment. My feet many times was hit on it. 2) Wifi is slowly (I checked speed) and sometimes work sometimes not for many hours

Beautiful romantic appartment in quite center. Loved my stay here. Helpful for owner, great kitchen if you are going to cook. Wonderful countryside food market right to doors on Thursday mornings. Lovely terrace.

Everything was perfect. Alberto is an excellent host. Accommodated us and explained everything to us, despite our lateness. He was always available. Gave us lots of valuable advice on transport, places to eat, all day boat pass and where we could park for free. The apartment is nice, clean and big. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking. The location is very good.

The only thing required is to check the shower drainage and change the shower head to high pressure.

Great apartment at a great location. Plenary of free and payed parking options. A walking distance to the beach and dining options. The owner greeted us when we arrived, showed us the apartment and gave tips for our visit.

Alberto is a great host and he makes sure to welcome you to the apartment and offers to pick you up and take you back to the train station. It is definitely worth it on the return to the station since it is uphill. We really appreciated Alberto dropping us off since our train to Venice was at 7 am. Alberto takes the time to help explain Lake Garda and offers many helpful tips. He is extremely friendly and takes pride in this apartment that has been in his family for generations. The apartment is very clean and charming and is perfectly situated. It is half way between the train station and the downtown area with dinning and cafes. I totally recommend this accommodation and the Genovese Burger at Burger and Spritz.

The apartment was fabulous and so central, close to trains, ferry and eateries. The host was so helpful, picked us up from the airport and advised on best places to eat. He was available for any questions we had. Would definitely like to stay in this apartment again if we go back to Lake Garda.

I have given Alberto’s place a ten because for our family it was but for others less nimble it may not be a great fit, just be aware there are two flights of stairs going up to the apartment and a small slope to navigate coming back from the lake.

Fabulous place. Welcoming, communicative host with lots of local tips and insights. The location is gorgeous, a neighborhood with great shops and lovely eateries, we had a particularly enjoyable night at La Frasca across the square, and the gelato a few doors down was delish. Two minute walk to the lake.
