The room was spacious, modern, clean and well maintained. The ceilings are beautiful. Good air conditioning, quiet and right in the center. Really good value for money. Lucio was an excellent host too.

The property was well-located, clean, and nice to stay in! The staff is very friendly and communicative, making our check-in and out process very easy! The room was clean, well-equipped and spacious.

The location of the Relais Condotta is perfect as you are in the city centre near beautiful local landmarks and amazing osterias and bakeries. Lucio, the recepcionist, was highly professional and kind in offering a great list of places to visit and local places to eat as well. It is important to mention as well that the rooms are clean everyday and it is all an impecable service. All the ammenities worked well and the decoration is that of mini-palace. We cannot wait for our second visit to Florence to stay here as it proved to be reliable and amazing place to stay.

Staff doesn't help with the luggage, whether while checking in or checking out. We had many bags and it requires multiple trips to take the bags to the hotel using the small lift.

There was some noise from the street - just people talking whilst they were walking. We always sleep with a white noise app so it didn't bother us but I did notice there were ear plugs in the bathroom so I assume it must be an issue for some people.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel in the perfect location. The room was huge! Loved the decor and it was very clean and comfy. The location is perfect as it's close to all the major attractions.

The noise! Not the fault of the property, but still worth mentioning so others are aware. It's the one thing that would potentially stop me from returning. They do provide ear plugs, but I can't sleep with them. The noise was beyond what I expected, and went literally all throughout the night and into the morning. The street noise amplifies right up the building, and was really extreme. People screaming, yelling, partying, street cleaning trucks etc.

The location was excellent, and the room was beautiful. The bathroom was particularly excellent, with fantastic water pressure in the shower. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was very tastefully designed.

Location location location. Decor amazing beautiful, huge room updates bathroom. Clean and comfortable. Linen and bed beautiful and comfy. The staff were so helpful and attentive.

If i really had to be nitpicky, i'd say it can be a bit noisy to sleep at night. But that is also to be expected if you book a hotel in the middly of the city centre... But if that's a big dealbreaker for you, then be mindful of this and maybe ask if there's a more quiet on the other side of the building or something like that.

Everyone was extremely friendly and genuinely helpful. We really felt welcome here. Good location and easy to find. Good size bedroom and bathroom. Great coffee and simple breakfast at regular prices just across the hotel. I'd recommend this hotel to family or friends visiting Florence.

Very helpful staff. Recommended great restaurants in the area and answered our questions. Helped us with parking and flexible when our flight was delayed. Location was excellent. Wifi and shower were great.
