Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

The breakfast was delicious with a good variety, and everything was well-organized. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting and would be happy to stay here again.

GeorgiaDuring our stay, we encountered one issue that significantly influenced our overall impression of the hotel. The young lady with black hair at the reception was, unfortunately, very unprofessional and rude in her manner. Because of her behavior, I can only rate the hotel 7 out of 10. Without this experience, I would gladly have given the hotel 9, as all the other staff members were excellent, the location was perfect, and the service in general was of high quality. The rooms were also comfortable, though the bedding could be improved. However, the most difficult part was that, due to the receptionist’s lack of professionalism, our trip was made unnecessarily complicated, and we even missed our ferry. For hotels of this standard, especially those that value tradition and customer service, it is essential to ensure that all staff members maintain a professional and respectful attitude. I truly believe that addressing this issue will further enhance the otherwise wonderful experience the hotel provides.
