The staff was very warm and welcoming. They made our stay at Garda Lake a much better experience by giving us advices and indications about what to do and visit around the lake. The place is really chic and cosy. Very clean and providing all the needed amenities. The garden is a beautiful place for breakfast. Honestly, this was one of the best experiences that we had in Italy. We highly recommend this place if you want a warm, cosy and peaceful vacation at Garda Lake.

Absolutely incredible stay from start to finish. Reflection couldn't do enough for us, the team are absolutely amazing. Everyone who works there is so kind and helpful - from providing amazing gluten free breakfasts to a beach towel. The location is fab, right by the beach. Our rooms were also incredibly clean and the coffee was delicious!

I can’t say enough good things about this wonderful boutique hotel and our stay there. My wife and I, along with our daughter and my brother and his wife had an exceptional three-day stay. Prior to our arrival, communication with the hotel staff, especially Alba, was fantastic. They recommended and made reservations at superb restaurants (Rustichel, Trattoria La Tana, and Ristorante Il Cortiletto ) and also an excursion to the Villa Isola Del Garda. We felt very well taken care of even before our arrival! The hotel is very nicely appointed and comfortable. Everything that you could want in the spacious rooms is there. The air conditioning worked great and the window shudders are awesome! During our stay we received phenomenal support and hospitality from the entire staff, but especially the owners, Naren and Stefania. They are the heartbeat of Reflections. They have created a wonderful property with an equally wonderful atmosphere. They ensure that every need of their guests is met. For example, when my daughter mentioned that she had video meetings for work during our stay, Naren brought a chair with a back to her room so she could be more comfortable during them. Every morning Stafania and her staff met us with a smile and an espresso. The breakfast buffet with eggs made to order is hearty and delicious. And Naren makes an AWESOME gin and tonic that is much appreciated after a long day of touring the area! If I could give this outstanding hotel and its owners more than a 10 I would. My family and I will return to Lake Garda and will absolutely stay here again!

Our stay at Reflection Boutique Hotels in Toscolano Maderno was absolutely wonderful. Even before arrival, the hotel staff impressed us with their prompt and helpful responses to a direct inquiry about room availability — despite no rooms showing online. They also advised us on the best way to reach the hotel, always communicating with politeness and speed. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with attention to every detail. Though rated as a 3-star, it truly deserves more. Everything matched the photos, our room was spotless, cleaned daily, and stocked with water and essential toiletries. Upon check-in, we received great recommendations for local dining and other useful tips. Breakfast was fresh, tasty, and varied enough to satisfy all needs — even if not extensive. The location is excellent — just a short walk to Lake Garda and two peaceful beaches that were never overcrowded. Overall, our experience was outstanding. The staff were incredibly friendly, responsive, and eager to help. Highly recommended!

It doesn't seem true, but it's all incredibly perfect. There's nothing out of place in this place. The welcome is one of those that fill the heart, from the first moment. The care is the attention in making sure that the stay goes for the best, it's incredible. If you pass by these parts, you absolutely must stay here

There is a paper factory nearby which can be a little noisy, but only if windows are open.

Where do we start … we had such a magnificent stay mainly through these amazing hosts Steffi and Naren and their beautiful hotel. Their hotel is well thought out in every way , beautiful breakfast which can be outside weather permitting too, nibbles and drinks offered in the evenings to unwind and relax back there before bed too. Restaurants recommended and booked for us , laundry done, and truly fabulous wine tasting sessions hosted by Steffi and her huge amount of knowledge with equal measure of enthusiasm. An experience like no other , we learnt so much and felt such at ease to ask anything. A pure delight. We’d definitely recommend this hotel , and would advise you to definitely feel free to ask them any questions around your stay too. We were quite sad to leave , and will be back .. thank you Steffi, Naren and team
