It’s a little out of the centre of town but still easy enough if you have a car. Public transport takes a little longer.

Nice modern, clean and comfortable rooms. The pool is a nice new feature.

The swimming pool area is still under development and the Via Emilia is too visible from the pool area. There is a bus route from the hotel to the centre of Modena, but it's not an ideal place to stay if you do not have your own car.

The warmth and helpfulness of all the staff made us feel very welcome. Our aperitifs, dinner and breakfast were good, although we ate out our second night. Modena is a fascinating city and well worth a visit. The rooms were quiet.

Pool is unfinished and the pictures on here are not reflective of the current state. Pool facilities were useable but we were told it won’t be ready until 2026

Staff were very helpful, the rooms were lovely and the rooftop windows are a lovely touch. Room was spotless and turned down after a day. Location was ok for our needs but it is about 10 minutes by car from Modena centre.

Had a good stay. After checking in, we received a room upgrade from the hotel because the air conditioning in the original room wasn’t working. Nothing else to complain about. Make sure to get a room at the back of the hotel (the front is noisy due to the busy road next to it). There’s a beautiful outdoor pool, but a downside is that there aren’t enough sunbeds for the guests, so you end up having to compete for one. What we found strange was that the owner helped us with breakfast in the morning and then later in the afternoon was lying by the pool, using her towel to reserve sunbeds for her friends, leaving some guests to sit on the ground on their towels. Additionally, we weren’t spoken to very kindly by the owner regarding the pool rules. Apparently, according to the hotel, you’re not allowed to swim immediately after eating indoors—you have to wait three hours, which we found unusual.

Booked a Room in the attic but got a normal room in anoter floor and still was charged for the attic room. I know i could have said something but i expect to get what I pay for without making someone aware about it. .

Unfortunately, at the time of my visit, the hotel was being renovated. So, access to some parts of the hotel was limited (e.g., the restaurant was closed). I am sure these issues have been resolved by now.

Welcoming and helpful staff. Breakfast was great; well presented and high-quality products. The room was a bit small and a bit old-style, but comfortable enough and clean. The bathroom seemed renovated, and I liked it very much.

The furnisher is a bit old, which is not so bad and in a way go well with the buolding.

the hotel is recently renewed and the old Palace get a past times'shine. The park and the yard has not been finished yet completely. There is a parking in the shade of the trees. The city center is easy to reach. The bathroom was completely renovated, very nice and large even though I had a one person bedroom. Tha large TV and the SKY. Very friendly and polite personal. Good elevators. Nice breakfast.

I was on my own so only a single bed. Nearly all of the hotels that I stay in as a single occupant have a double bed.

The Furniture is really old and could be somehow modernized.

Good Breakfast, clean Breakfast Area. Lots of Parking space, hence no real Restaurant available and the Hotel is really outside of town, so either you need to catch an expensive Taxi or have a car with you.

There is no restaurant in the premises and since I arrived late it was difficult to find food. Also since I arrived on a Monday the few restaurants near by were closed.

The only disturbing thing is the street next to the hotel and its traffic noise.

We spent 4 nights at the hotel and enjoyed it very much. Everyone of the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. The room was great and clean. We enjoyed the terrace very much. The parking is spacious and on site. The hotel is disabled friendly and every place is accessible.

Location is a bit outside the city. It’s straight beside a big road. The rooms weren’t soundproof and we could hear another couple having “fun”.

Such a beautiful hotel, and the staff was incredibly nice and extraordinary good at English (even though we tried to speak Italian to them). Location was good for us at our stay because we were close to the autostrada and just needed a night before we headed on.
