It’s very noisy, we couldn’t sleep at night because of the neighbours next door. Beds are uncomfortable.

-Having to collect the keys in another location nearby. Not convenient especially when it is a rainy day. -Not many plugs points -Cupboards were to high to hang our clothes. Need to stand on a chair to do so.

-The best part of the stay was the bathroom because it was a big one. -Near to the metro station

Check-in is only until 20:00, after that you need to pay extra 35 eur. Property didnt feel clean, shower floor with pealed paint, definately need renovation

Very little lightning, both in the kitchen and the living room, also no reading light next to the bed (minor detail). In general the hostel could be more well decorated, to create a more invitating and cosy atmosphere.

Great location and very friendly staff. The unisex bathroom was very nice!

Compared to other hostels I stayed in, this was not the best.

The room was ok but not great. There was a common area where you could relax, 2 shared bathrooms for every room, and also a kitchen. For 1 night stay, I would say it is ok.

Only had 1 fan for 3 bunk bed, no air conditioning and 1 small and very slow fan in the floor that don’t blow anywhere. I tried to take a nap in the afternoon but woke up sweating, and in the night was ok but still hot. The shower leaks a little bit in the floor.

Have a nice location, close to metro and supermarket. it is a nice big apartment, not that nice as the pictures but it’s nice

This hostel is in an apartment in a public building. The access to the room is very confusing and requires using an app followed by a combination locked door handle which locked me out for about 30mins. The bathrooms are not ventilated and there is no air conditioning. The kitchen lacked most utensils you’d want. Because the reception is not in the same building it is not easy to get help if you need it. If you’re just looking to stay somewhere for one night it’s fine but you can find better.

I liked most of it.

It was my first time staying at a hostel. The rooms and the whole accommodation were very pretty and clean. The staff was really respectful and friendly. They had a wash/dryer for free which was a big plus for me.

The charging point was a struggle in the room. There were none near my bed so I had to stay in the common area to charge my phone at night. Also, the toilet was was very messy and dirty for last 2 days that I stayed. there were a family who were also staying there, their kids were very annoying, rude and left kitchen the toilet very messy.

The room I was stayed at was quite nice. Beds were clean, toilet was very clean and very pretty tbh compared to other hostels that I’ve stayed so far. The view from my room and Balcony was so pretty couldn’t get over it yet.

I basically didn't sleep as there was a woman that arrived late at night and had some kind of sleep apnea which is not the fault of the hostel. Unfortunately the beds were made out of metal so there were swinging uncomfortably when someone got in and out of bed. When I got up early in the morning I saw that all the couches were occupied with people which was a weird feeling as I didn't know if they were actual guests or random people who had access to the hostel. Unfortunately it was not very clean.

It was easy to get in and out of the hostel with a practical app. The location close to the train station was exactly what I was looking for. It was a nice place to chill during the day when it was too hot outside.

The hostel is very unique and in an old apartment. The staff and other guests were very nice. There are only two bathrooms, which are a little run down, but it is fine for a short stay and I had no issues accessing them. Lockers only fit small luggage, but include a lock and key. There is a washer dryer. There isn’t a lot of privacy but the communal areas are cosy. There is an elevator to the floor of the hostel.

The washing machine was not working.

Location is good! Apartment had lift. Rooms were spacious. Good for families with children. A big shout out to Javier, who was very helpful and gave us tips on how to go to nearby locations, which helped us a lot in time and money wise. The apartment has a balcony.

I really enjoyed the cosy vibes of the accommodation and the cleanliness. My room was four girls and they were all so sweet. I enjoyed just reading on the couch and coooking.

The bathroom wasn't cleaned before our arrival, the bin even had the previous guest's trash. The shower was broken & the window blind barely provides any privacy due to its transparency. The A/C barely worked and the fridge wasn't cooling at all.

The bed is quite creaking when moving or lying down, pretty loud and annoying. The toilet in the women's bathroom is tricky to use when one doesn't know to push and hold 2 buttons at the same time, otherwise, it won't flush. Some guest in the apartment put a towel full of shit behind the washing machine and make the whole room smelly. Too bad the owner has to come and deal with it. I expect people to keep the place hygienic for everyone but shit always happens.

I didn't expect this hostel to locate in central Milan and in a super beautiful ancient building. Felt like staying in an apartment with modern facilities such as washing machine, bathroom with tub and bidet, kitchen fully equipped with utensils to even cook there. Living room is nicely decorated and the balcony is excellent to chill at with a great view. The hosts were super helpful and very responsive to my requests. Totally worth it and I might stay there again if I come back to Milan again !

Worst hostel ever I stayed in Europe , terrible beds makes noise even if you move an inch , couldn't sleep for even 30 minutes my two nights screwed because that ,no proper towels provided. Would not recommend

Hotel has no display on street. I could not find hotel. Checkin process and entry to accommodation building is complicated. Room is basic. Shared kitchen. Advertising is misleading.
