What a great find - we loved the idea of staying at an agriturismo, but had almost given up on the idea as most we looked at wouldn't be accessible without a car...and then we found Razza del Casalone, very walkable into Grosseto itself, also with a large supermarket 10mins walk away. Having a swimming pool was a lovely bonus too, swam every day and enjoyed the beautiful relaxing grounds. Highly recommend, and would happily stay here again if we come back to the area. An oasis of peace providing authentic Italian experience. Very quiet at all times, felt like we were the only people in the whole farmhouse, although the place was full. Has a great feel of being in the nature, while having an easy access to the city. Atmosphere was magical and relaxing, place and surroundings, including the pool, were tidy and clearly taken care of, everything perfectly functioning too. It even had an artistic side to it, starting with the building itself, beautiful decor, plants and and a lot of trees, outdoor restaurant, lights, barbecue area, and even a statue. Overall, truly happy with our choice, would recommend.

The facility is wonderful, very clean, neat and comfortable. Despite very close to road, well isolated. Comfortable pool, very good to sunbath, enjoy and rest, big pool, a little shallow. The garden is wonderful especeially for kids to play around. The room is very good. A shopping mall with a big Coop market in walking distance helps a lot.

The location is amazing! You can hear the cars dribing past on the road but the property is absolutelly worth the stay. We enjoyed so much! The restaurant provides amazingly good food and the staff is really really friendly and helpfull. It is a big property, a lot of trees, perfectly cut grass and an amazing pool to relax. It was clean, our apartment was big and very well maintained. I would 10000000% recommend this property to someone who wanta to get away from the tourist attractions and just relax. The beach is not too far away, maybe a 10 minute drive.

The location is NOT remote. It is in fact close to a roundabout and the city sort of grew around the Razza in the course if time. At first this seemed a downside, but you didnt hear noisy traffic. The appartment lacks a sofa and the wooden stools are a bit uncomfy. But for the rest all good!

The Razza is a wonderful, romantic place to stay close to Grossetto. We stayed with two teenage girls in an appartment in the old main building. The size was quite good and it was well equipped if you want to selfcater. Shops almost around the corner, but car needed. Breakfast was included and simple but tasty. The restaurant is wonderful, small bar included, drinks were even served at the swimmingpool (no caps required!). Reception has good availability. Would stay there again.

The breakfast was really poor, no veggies, no eggs. It wasn't arranged by the owner. After i've asked if there is any other option, we could have the next one at their own buffala farm not so far from the city, wich was a really nice experience, and their cheese and joghurts are amazing!!

Altough the place is located next to a bigger road, its very quiet,and you can really relax. The apartment was spacious, and we had wonderful dinner on the terrace. The garden is huge and you can also have a walk inside. The staff was friendly!

This is one of the best accommodations I have ever stayed in. This little farm is located in Grosseto's surroundings, but you can easily reach the city center by walking. The apartment is fantastic; it offers everything for a pleasant stay and maximum comfort with lovely cozy furnishing. There is also a refreshing pool in the garden and a delicious restaurant in the main building. Last but not least, the staff there is beyond helpful. Lovely receptionist Moria helped me to set up the bike and helped with several Italian translations. And I am more than grateful she made my trip more accessible and made it an unforgettable experience. I wish to come back one day.

The accommodations were clean but very basic. AC didnt cool the larger bedroom.

Much smaller than picture, no living room only small kitchen in main building, air-condition was not cooling properly so it was very warm inside apartment, it was impossible to reach staffs, staffs were not very helpful, we could not use swimming pool in the morning since robot was cleaning they said we can while robot is working but I don't think it is safe with electric cable and small children in the pool. very noisy close to a main road,
