The place is good for family

Location was very good.

Ours was DELUXE accommodation. The SOFA bed for my kids was uncomfortable, the cover even had a stain on it. There was a smell in the room. Breakfast was not ready at 8, it was put out gradually starting at 8. For someone looking to eat and go as we needed to, not ideal.

The fact that it was close to the beach.

The AC wasn't working properly and there was nothing to be done. The breakfast I think can be better. Also, the pool was dirty and the Jacuzzi had a strong unbearable smell. The bathroom also had a foul smell. We had to complain about it. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

Thank you very much to the staff who were considerate that my husband cannot eat gluten and they found an alternative for him. Also the staff allowed to use the shower near the pool after check out

This hotel is not very suitable for rest — the soundproofing is terrible, and it's impossible to sleep. The bathroom was dirty: the shower was covered in limescale, the shower holder was broken, the showerhead kept falling on my head, and the shower door was broken. The wall in the room had stains. But the worst part was the complete lack of sound insulation. I knew exactly what was being said in the next room, and I even heard the cleaning lady talking to her mother at 8 AM on a Sunday. I didn’t want to know any of that — I just wanted to get some sleep, but it was impossible.

This accomodation is among the nicest hotel experiences, Really can't and won't hide my delight by the way they made us feel welcomed as guests. Hotel is at very covinient location. Almost touching Lungomare promenade. In very peacful area and not far away from Rimini airport. Accomadation is organized in an inteligent way and everything is functional and enjoyable. So many details expressed their seriousness, professionalism and dedication to their guest/s. Everything is so nicely composed. From decorations of room, bathroom, lobby, stairs, to small details regarding equipment and organization. It is simply impossible not to be satisfied with commitment they express. Bed is super comfy. We were given a room with large balcony which was a surprise. We booked this accomodation knowing very few informations about it but now, we want to say thank you to all of them. Whenever I get the chance I'll return in this beautiful place.

During our staying nights were still quite fresh and warming of room should be available. But, for some reason, according to receptionist lady it wasn't and we were offered with few more blankets. Luckly, that solved the problem, but it would be appropriate for guest to be offered with posibility to warm up the room. Price of the room was more than ok and staff politeness has been expressed, so this is just a friendy sugestion.

A good hotel that offered us a big room with a nice view over the sea. Big spacious bathroom and a minibar. Big swimming-pool with nice sun-beds. Very good location close to the beach.

The hotel could use some maintenance, the shower by the pool was broken, as some planks by the pool where you can hurt your feet. The breakfast could be better, we missed fresh bread and it could easily be better with more fresh fruit and vegetables of better quality.

I was disappointed with my recent stay. The “double bed” was actually two singles pushed together, which was uncomfortable, and the bed sheets were never changed. The bathroom and pool were both dirty. Additionally, the breakfast was nothing like the photos and not worth the extra cost. Overall, the hotel didn’t meet the advertised standards and needs improvement in cleanliness.

This is our second year staying at The Hotel Rainbow! We came back this year to stay because our experience last year was so wonderful. The staff are so friendly and helpful. We found the hotel to be clean and well kept. The boys love the pool is is a proper sun trap! The breakfast included is great and exactly what we had expected. We will contiune to return to this hotel in the years to come.

There is nothing we dislike about this hotel.

Good location to stay, nice pool and delicious meals. I would recommend everyone to get half-board option.

They didn’t let us check in until the payment with same credit card was not provided. Father card was used and they didn’t want to process it without his passport. Didn’t suggest anything, I spend 30 min to agree on a solution. Even taking into consideration that 30% was already paid and this is more than enough for couple night.

We really liked the willingness of the staff. We signed up for a gluten-free breakfast and they had pastries and gluten-free sweets ready for us every morning. The breakfast was excellent. Sweet or salty food, fruit, juice and coffee...everyone will find something there. Also, the man at the reception was always smiling and gave us advice on everything, be it regarding accommodation or the city and buses. We managed to understand each other, even though our English is not very good. There is a beach and a bus stop not far from the hotel, which is a big advantage.

It could be seen that the cleaning of the room was neglected before our arrival. In the bathroom we had hair on the toilet and the floor, the decorative pillow on the bed was dusty, the blanket was dirty and the towel in the bathroom was torn. There was no hand soap in the bathroom. The floor tiles are missing in the shower, so we washed with flip flops on our feet.

The area was very nice, close to everything you could possibly need. The pool was a real bonus! It was so nice to relax by the pool and always had room for us! The workers were very nice and accomodating.

The breakfast could have been better. There were a lot of different spongecakes when there could have been bacon, pancakes or fruit. The room size was not the way we had thought, the room did not match the photos online. The toilet in our room broke on several occasions which was a bit annoying. However, they were always quick to fix it.
