The light features in the property. The bed was confortable. The big TV was good and big. Bathroom was modern.

The hot tub jets need bleaching/deep cleaning as they make the water gross.

Very clean, easy to access.

The accommodation was not exactly in the city center – it required quite a bit of walking to reach the main areas. The staircase leading up to the apartment was rather steep and somewhat eerie. One major downside was the lack of possibility to leave my luggage after check-out, which was quite inconvenient. While the host could have made it possible, unfortunately they chose not to. Additionally, communication with the host was slightly challenging at times.

The room is clean and about a 15 minute walk to the historic district. There was no breakfast or snacks during our stay. The owner did respond promptly to the questions we had.

A real problem with communication. The video describing obtaining access to the keys and room needs to be clearer. In fact, it actually contained the wrong code to access the security box. The video explaining how to locate and use the parking space also needs improvement. It needs to include the actual address of the lot, to mention that the gate key only works from the outside (not the inside lock) and that the gate does not automatically open when a car approaches.

The room is located between train station and city center (both walking distance) The room itself is located in apartment building. Room is nice, modern and very clean. They provide room service everyday The room has small fridge where you can store food and there is always (complimentary) water and juice waiting for you. In room you find also pre-packaged pastry, sweets and coffee pods as breakfast. The area is very quiet The self check-in is very easy. The owner provided very clear instructions so our late check-in was smooth and without any issues. He is also available on WhatsApp and replies quickly to all your requests. Property is also able to book taxi for you so if you have early flight you can get easily to the airport. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property.

well equipped room with new renovated bathroom, easy self check in with video instructions, good location, 15 min walk to the old town and 5 min to the train station, very helpful owner, would stay there again!

Really friendly staff, location is fairly close to the city centre, however it's also close to the "bad" part of the city, but that does not deduct too much from the experience. :)

Very close to the city centre but far enough for it to be a quiet stay, amazing room, the bed was very comfortable, the breakfast was pretty good, it had Netflix on the tv which you can watch from the bath, which was incredible. The staff was extremely friendly and Francesco was very responsive and nice. Overall, it was one of the best stays I have ever experienced and I definitely recommend for couples and we will be coming again.

I wouldn't say it is a problem but the bathroom has a little less privacy than in other places.

The listing of the apartment is very misleading. There is no 24 hour staff, apartment entering is via a recorded video (not upto date). We had to contact the owner as our code didn't work. We booked with the understanding that the hottub was for all guests (as stated on the listing) however when we turned up found it is in the second private room only. The guests and neighbours were incredibly loud the first 2 nights of our stay. Although this is not the fault of the owner, through the wall to the other apartment you can hear flushing of toilets, aircon and the use of the hottub constantly. Although incredibly clean and stocked we were disappointed in our stay especially it being my partners 25th birthday. The breakfast provided is pre packaged snacks and cake from local supermarkets.

Communication with the host was very prompt, efficient and friendly. Room was very clean and bed was comfortable.

The location isn't great and is a good 10 minutes walk to central Bari. There was a lot of noise from other rooms in the building. Breakfast was just a tray of prepackaged items.

The room is very cramped. When we staggered two suitcases it was hard to pass through. There was nothing else on the downside.
