Very loud around the flat. There is no kitchen - but that’s okay, but there is not even a shelf, knife, fork or nothing thta you could use for eating… :(

The entrance hall of the apartment looks a bit dodgy, they could neaten it up a bit with some light colour paint & more lighting.

The apartment was clean and very spacious. Getting to the 1st floor with my suitcases was no fun, as 2 flights of stairs to climb. It really didn't look like much in the entrance hall of the apartment block, but I was pleasantly surprised when I walked into the apartment. Francesco was very helpful.

Kitchen too small and although the cleaner came everyday she was not always so clean and sometimes she left surfaces dirty which I would have cleaned myself if I had cleaning products. All cups were disposable but we asked for glass ones and he provided us with everything we wanted immediately.

Owner was very helpful and answered all our questions and helped us in everything we needed. Good storage space and easy to access. Everyday a cleaner comes and cleans the flat and changes towels. The location was good and within walking distance to almost everything.

It was close to the center but outside was pretty dirty and smelly

Everyday the room was cleaned, toilet paper was restocked, towels were changed and we got new water bottles, very good wifi

The area seemed a bit rough. The noise from neighbours was awful - screaming kids the last night I was there til gone 10pm, banging and thudding and running up and down stairs til gone midnight and banging above me at 4am. Cleaner came quite early. It was just an aprtment in a block, I thought it was bigger and staffed although it ended up ok left to my own devices. No gluten free options.

Great air con, very comfy bed, large and spacious room and bathroom. Not far from the station. Free water everyday. Fridge in the room was a godsend!

A/C in the main room did not work correctly.

Great location, walking distance to Bari Vecchia, private parking almost in front of the hotel. Great communication for check in and check out (whatsapp). Very clean. Very big for Europe. Confortable sofa bed. Nice variety of stuff for breakfast already in the room.

We were 4 and we couldn’t shower in the same evening as the hot water runs out after the first person, mind you I showered with cold water to rinse myself and just enough hot water to put shampoo. Too bad because that was the only negative thing I could say

Pros: - apartment is close to the railway station when arriving from the airport. Also is placed very central - there is a market around the corner - big smart tv (the room with sofa) - we had bottles of water and some snacks daily cons: - on booking it said there is a large bed, a queen sized bed and a single bed. We asumed the single bed is the sofa which we saw in the living room, while the other two beds shown in the pictures are the large/queen ones. The reality was that the sofa is advertised as a large bed which is misleading. The single bed they are reffering to is a bed masked inside a wardrobe. The apartment was split in two and each side is being rented separately. - there was a small boiler in the bathroom which was not enough for 4 people. We ran out of hot water pretty quickly and had to wait after each shower in order to properly wash ourselved - it was pretty cold when we arrived late at night. The radiator inside the bathroom was not plugged in. You can heat the dining room with the AC on heating mode. The bedroom has a very high ceiling which makes it difficult to warm it up. Also the AC doesnt work in heat mode in the bedroom, but we had a quartz radiator which made it warm enough to sleep - in terms of cleaning we found strains of hair inside the drawers and on the bed duvet. Also the floors were dusty and we ruined some pairs of socks Overall this apartment is ok for a couple who doesnt mind what i mentioned above, but not suitable for more than 2 adults

Building were apartment was located is ancient, because it is old part in Bari, heating system is absent , but air conditioner for heating can resolve this problem. Elevator is absent , that means if person has baggage it’s not comfortable.

Location is good, near the train station, apartments are new with new comfortable bed. I am satisfied with owner , he is available to communicate through WhatsApp in order to resolve problems.
