The lighting in the rooms is terrible. Even with all the lights on it’s very dim.

The staff were so lovely and helpful, we got a free room upgrade when we arrived and they also assisted with booking our taxis. The room and bathroom were so spacious and very clean!

The hotel isn’t very central, with it taking around 40 mins to get into central Milan by public transport. There were also some hairs in the room and bathroom, in the bed and in the shower. There were some things in the pool that needed fixing such as the jets which around half were not working.

The staff went above and beyond and without me even telling them it was my birthday, they noticed and brought me a birthday breakfast with a candle! We loved the pool and the sauna and really appreciated that they were open late until 11pm.

No iron The bathroom towels are old. After receiving the rooms, the cleaning service is not at the same level as when you first check in, but rather just a superficial cleaning.

The cleanliness is very good. The rooms are air-conditioned. The rooms are spacious. The hotel is half an hour by car from the city center, and 45 minutes by tram. The bathroom is spacious but without a bidet. There is no metro station near the hotel, only a tram.

One comment, re housekeeping staff .. they are rude .. talked with a housekeeping of my room 601 on 13th but she was rude... However, I blv it is a good hotel n I will for sure to stay there again

Mattress wasn’t the best, is really solid and quite uncomfortable to be honest. Our windows and sliding doors to the balcony were also covered in hand marks when we arrived. Television also a bit too far away to be able to see fully from the bed, needs to be bigger really.

Location good, right next to a few tram stations. Pool and gym were great, restaurant was lovely too. Staff were really friendly and welcoming.

Everything was perfect but then you expect that when you're staying at a Radisson Blu hotel. The restaurant has an amazing buffet that has a great number of choices. Beds were comfortable as were the pillows. And the underground parking is a bonus. As far as location, it's a bit of a hike to get to the Dumo, so Uber comes in handy.

The A/C in one of the room we booked was not functioning properly.

Staff (Ismaeel) was very friendly and helpful. He provided all the support that we need for our stay. The hotel is highly recommended and has secure parking as well.

We couldn’t fault the hotel! Friendly staff, clean and very spacious room, indoor pool is free of charge to use so it is little bit of extra fun thing your child can enjoy. It is slightly away from city centre (which I knew at the time of booking) but we have enjoyed our little 5 minutes walk to station and had no issues catching train then metro to get to Milan Centrale station. I’d recommend the hotel to anyone, as long as you are aware and OK that it is slightly away from the city centre.
