The lighting control system was unnecessarily complicated, and the power outlet for phone, smartwatch, etc. was inconveniently placed under the nightstand.

- The AC control was centralized and restricted to 24 degC. This made room temperature unpleasant for us. - On the last night AC leaked water in top my luggage , the stuff changed the room however there were no compensation.

- The rooms are big and clean compared to other hotels in the same area. Very comfortable rooms. - Hotel staffs were good - New hotel

No pool. They charge extra for unguarded parking.

Brand new stylish hotel. Spacious rooms and the most comfortable beds, even the sofa bed for the kids. Location is not great for visiting the old town of Bergamo as it’s a 15 minute drive. Breakfast was excellent. The only thing missing is a large swimming pool.

Breakfast was delicious and staff was friendly and helpful. - the hotel seems to be brand -new. It is a very state-of-the -art hotel. The surrounding area is in the middle of a reconstruction phase. Once this is finished, the hotel will definitely benefit. All in all, we had a pleasant stay.

Too strict for late check out unless you PAY 10 euros for one hour. The make up of the room was very late.

Vanity area in room

The room was very spacious and the balcony was huge! Stayed in a junior suite, exceptionally clean, 2 bathrooms in the suite, only one disappointment no vanity area for drying hair etc staff were very helpful, bar area very good dnd roof top restaurant with fabulous service and food, the local area was not applicable to the stay but there seems to be renovation works behind hotel with an arena and shopping area which will be very good if staying in the hotel, 2 stops on the tram to central Bergamo and 45 min train journey to Milan, Citta Altea is one place needs visiting in Bergamo absolutely stunning

Beautiful new property, friendly staff, room was spacious, bed was comfortable. Has dinner at the rooftop restaurant, L’Angolo con Vista, and the food and views were lovely, beautiful sunset.

There wasn’t anything to dislike.

This is a great hotel. Room was fantastic we only stayed overnight and wished we had a bit longer to explore the surrounding areas. We will come back.
