The only constructive feedback I have is that the window curtains were see-through, so I imagine the appartments on the opposite side of the street can see into your room when you have the lights on.

Great accomodation. The location is very convenient, a short walk from the station and you are right in the middle of the cozy and lively city centre, with plenty of affordable food and drink options. La Spezia seems cheaper than other Italian cities. This is a good spot for a visit to Cinque Terre, which is only a 15-minute train ride away (to Riomaggiore). I liked the room, I liked the location but most of all I liked the communication from hosts Davide and Emanuala who ensured we could easily self-check in late at night and kept us informed via WhatsApp with information (and photos) about entry codes etc. They also gave very useful information about the Cinque Terre and made a great breakfast.

Very good place, location is perfect it's in the Main Street of the city. 7 minutes to the train station. The room was clean and we felt home. I want to thank Emanuela for being such s good person and very helpful.

The room was right near the entrance, so every time the front door was opened, we could hear it, as it was kind of loud.

The property was in very good location and the staff were very friendly, we were also given instructions and advice on the visiting plans.

The place is great. Davide met us at the property and explained everything. We gave us a map and suggestions on places to visit, as well as, places to eat. He was great at communication when we needed him. The room was very pretty with artwork all around including the ceiling. Our room faced the street but we could not hear any outside noice. A/C was great. There is an elevator which works great when you have luggage but it's only 3 flights up (for us Americans although it's a 2nd floor for Europe). Stairs are great. We chose to have breakfast and it was AMAZING. Well worth the price.

Privacy - the door was glass with just a thin curtain covering it. While this room was at the very back, this was terrible because it is very easy to see shadows through it. The walls were thin so I could hear people in the next room - they need to replace curtains with blackout/thicker curtains that easily cover the windows on the doors. I had to push my luggage against them to try to ensure more privacy but in the morning the sunlight flows right into your eyes from these curtains. The building was a bit confusing at first to navigate and no elevator.

Good location. Less than 10 min walk from train station and lots of restaurants/shops nearby. Easy entry and self check-in (instructions via WhatsApp). Good wifi. Clean, with all amenities including water and a fridge. Easy to leave luggage for the day and come back to get it on the way out of town. Blankets were warm enough and bed had 2 outlets. Cute decor and was quiet overall.

Very well situated 5 minute walk from the train station right in the pedestrian area with a good choice of shops and restaurants. Very cozy room, Quiet,.Comfortable beds.great bathroom, and fantastic breakfast. Davide greeted us so nicely, offering us any help or information we would need.

There was a dog barking a little bit at night and a neighbor with a noisy tv volume but I closed the balcony door so it was okay.

I chose La Spezia as a base for visiting Cinque Terre and it was perfect. This B&B was so lovely, unique decorated, great located in the city center and a few mins walk from the train station. Many restaurants, shops nearby, tiny little streets that you could just walk back and forth, everything is so beautiful. The staff are very kind and flexible with the check-in. The breakfast was delicious, diverse and prepared on site. Davide offered me the map of the surroundings with great recommendations of the cinque terre, beaches and restaurants.

This is a room in a apartment. You will have neighbors. Ours arrived late, were talking loudly, ate and washed dishes at 00:00. We heard everything. The place need renovation or just a man with equipment and several hours. Our door handle was loose, toilet was not stable. There's no air conditioning, they even informed us about this earlier, there's a good fan, yet it was loud and it was not easy to sleep (some maintenance needed).

The staff was amazing. A charismatic guy called us earlier to ask our arrival time, met us at the door and showed everything. He recommended us restaurants and places to visit. The breakfast was excellent, it surely exceeded what I expected at a place like this. Location was very very good. Close to everything you want to visit. Everything was really clean.

Due to its location in the city centre, second floor from the main street, it can be a bit noisy.

The staff are great, it is centrally located. The hard and soft products are both really well! Highly recommended.

Perfect location to train station, marinas, shops and eateries. Beautiful breakfasts. Very clean. Just had a noisy neighbour in the apartment and a dog upstairs that yapped a bit at night. But highly recommend Racconti de Mari.

Would have loved air conditioning, we were there mid June and already hot. There is a fan above the bed but it's a bit noisy. But this place really is great!

Location is perfect in the middle of La Spezia, staff are super helpful, breakfast is amazing, can help yourself to hot drinks whenever, rooms spacious.

We were welcomed in the best way possible by the manager. He and the rest of the “Racconti di mare”family made us feel like one of them. The rooms are amazing and every small detail has a thought behind it. Location is perfect - in the heart of the city . If you are looking for an extraordinary and amazing stay in La Spezia - “Racconti di mare” is highly recommended.
