Was a bit of a walk to the main town

Rooms were lovely, nice shower facilities and a pool. Staff were very accommodating and friendly and location was good. Hotel was right next to lake it was a bit of a walk to the main town so I recommend a car if you stay here but overall I was very pleasantly happy with the accommodation.

English language apparently is not very common in Italy. Still, there was a Brazilian lady member of staff who could speak Portuguese, and that for me solved the language barrier straight away.

Very nice, friendly, and comfortable family owned hotel. They even upgraded my room to a much better one without asking or having to pay extra for it since they had so many rooms available. The room was located on the last floor with lake view and balcony. The view was amazing. It had a very comfortable, no noise bed, (a plus for couples) with 2 different pillows sets provided and air conditioning. Bathroom was very modern. Private access to the lake, big common areas, elevator, and even a swimming pool. Free parking, as you would expect, using a blend of nature, which made it more appealing.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. I loved that the lake was so accessible to us and that the hotel provided sun loungers for us to sit by the lake. We had no issues during our stay, breakfast and our room were all as we expected.

At breakfast the coffee was surprisingly bad for a venue in Italy. However, we stayed only a night so maybe we had bad luck.

I have no problem with assigned parking spots, as some other guests mentioned, but the spots were very narrow and there was generally very little maneuvering space. One night we didn't manage to park, because there were two very large cars in the spots next to our space. Luckily, there is a (paid) parking 100m down the road.

The hotel was what we expected, a good location by the lake and cute rooms. The bathrooms were excellent.

Good value for money, the breakfast was good too. Probably better staying here if you have a car to go exploring, but there are buses that run about a five minute walk away, the frequency depends on the season you go. All the staff were friendly, especially the lady who helped me with my stay, nice relaxed atmosphere. I very kindly got a room upgrade which was very much appreciated. If coming from Verona you would get a bus to Garda, then change and get off at Brenzone via Vespucci. This is about a four minute walk to the hotel.

On the evening menu, more choice would of been perfect as two choices weren't always enough for mains & the same choice every night we were there for dessert it would of been nice with a little more choice but the food was nice what we had. The bathroom was very small in our room but clean!

Very nice family run Hotel. So friendly & clean accommodating staff, nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was fabulous with lots of choice. The under pass was great to have to reach the beach safely.

The location is perfect for self-driving holidays, the underpass from the hotel to the lake is very safe. Breakfast was very good, unfortunately we only had scrambled eggs once, more scrambled eggs would have been more better!

A great hotel, right on the lake with an underpass from the hotel to the beach and private Breakfast and dinner were served on the terrace, and the food was excellent. All the staff were very friendly, and wifi was reliable. Also a very nice swimming pool, and gardens with sun loungers for guest use.

The pillows are extremely hard, I would totally recommend this hotel for everything they have and are, but bring your own pillow. Also if you stay at the hotel for diner, know that the food will come, but it takes a while.

Location was great, you could use the tunnel to get to the beach. Breakfast was perfect, everything I could think of was there (healthy and unhealthy, whatever you want). Staff was super kind, we even went swimming with one of them. The room wasn’t hot at all, we expected a hot room because of the wood and the sun, but it was a nice temperature.

Thank you very much to Rabay team for great time we spent in your hotel. I think, there isn´t around Garda better view to sea than from your balcony. The way from hotel to sea takes 1 minute. The garden around hotel allow relax time during day or night. Quality of room equipment was totally according our imagination. The same I can tell about level of your canteen. There was still full offering of food during breakfast time. You can find there whatever you want. The personnel were wiling to prepare dinner for us despite the time for dinner was over . For Rabay´s personnel wasn´t any problem to send our forgotten umbrellas to my address. We will return certainly to this great place ! Marek family

Parking is the one thing that wasn't the best, but it was free. You were assigned a spot by reception, but if there were alot of cars, it can get a little cramped.

The location was well placed and the availability of the different activities they had were great compared to other places (beach chairs to use for free, umbrellas, bikes for a fantastic price, etc.) Also, the tunnel that goes under the busy road out front to the water, a huge plus as well. The lake is great, but when it started getting to be sunset, retreating back to the pool at Hotel Rabay, followed by a dinner just above the pool, really awesome. Highly recommend and will come back!

The room was a good size and had a balcony overlooking the lake and a lovely bathroom. We liked the little beach and the walkway along to the village. We were recommended a restaurant in town run by family of the hotel owners which was excellent.The staff were friendly on arrival. We didn't have breakfast as we had to leave early in the morning but my daughter and her boyfriend who stayed an extra night reported that it was excellent.
