Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The style, charming and caring host Carlo and excellent beachside location. Came to trace my heritage but found so much more! We found the delightful Carlo and Qurchiti… a well curated, stylish B&B with real soul and Sicilian charm in a friendly seaside town. Carlo is an amazing, attentive, warm and gracious host who makes himself available and really cares about his guests. He provided us with great local knowledge, recommendations for good restaurants etc. He really did think of everything to make his guests feel welcome and special. We loved our room. It was large, bright, comfortable, very clean and tastefully decorated. The location was great too as it was close to the Capo d’Orlando Naso train station and walking distance to the beach, lidos and restaurants. Excellent Italian breakfast included in a choice of wonderful cafes. The coffee machine, kettle and fridge in the room was appreciated.

The room was exceptionally clean and Carlo the host was most helpful and accommodating as we decided to stay another night. The room also came with free water and coffee which we appreciated. We also loved the option of the breakfast voucher for two caffès in town one of which is valid at Bar delle Poste which is a must if you are visiting the area. Thank you for letting us stay and enjoying your property!

United StatesIf I could give this a 20/10 I would. The rooms are perfect, with big showers, comfy beds, shampoo, and body wash included. Heater if it gets too cold, two free coffees, and a balcony. You get discounted breakfast at local Cafes, and Carlo, the owner, is amazing. He is very friendly and will accommodate you with anything you need. He knows everyone in town and can recommend the best places to eat. If you come to Capo d’Orlando either alone or with your family, this this the only place you should stay. Also, did I mention it's right next to the train station so you don't have to carry your heavy luggage far? Awesome place, better people.
