The AC was not very cooling but it was okay. The curtain rod fell. The toilet flush had a leak issue but it was fixed within an hour. Overall excellent service!

I loved that it was very safe. With a lock for the building door, the flat door AND the room door. I also liked the supply of tissue paper and how accommodating the hosts were to address any issues we faced.

It was advertised as a B&B. There was a pot for making hot water and coffee cups. This is NOT a b&b. All printed materal said B&B. This is false advertising..This is a room/baths in a apartment.

It's really close to the Vatican Museum entrance and that's great but the street is very noisy even during the night. Luckily there's an Ac but that and the fridge make noise... Especially the fridge. And for those who choose this because it has a lift, it is narrow and small and you still need to use stairs as it stops between floors. That said everything else is good and it's a nice place in a great location.

It's difficult to find any for the price that has been proposed and the service that came with.

Very great location, near from everything, transport, supermarket, atm machines, and touristic's area. Wonderful host, very warm welcoming, helpful and always available. We're totally satisfied. I strongly recommend.

The room and bathroom are very small, dark and stuffy. The window was shut sealed, we couldn't air the room at all. It was always dim inside. Facilities are very old. Also the elevator in the building is tiny. You might prefer just walking upstairs instead.

Great location next door to the Vatican. Very nice restaurants near by. The neighbourhood feels safe and is nice and clean. The host is very nice. There were umbrellas outside our door one rainy morning.

People have mentioned the outside toilet area . Imagine a house and outside your bedroom is a bathroom It’s not inconvenient at all and the charm and location is just perfect . Focus on that .

Street below very busy but once you close the window it's quiet. Cleaning not included in the price for the room. No coffee machine in the room.

Loved the location! Pasquale is a very nice host and makes sure all your needs are met. 5 minute walk to Vatican City. Grab a taxi right outside to anywhere else in the city. Our room had a bathroom outside in the hallway but it was private to us and we had the key to be able to lock our toiletries in there. Would definitely consider this place again when visiting Rome!

The bathroom was a little run down but it served it purpose. The bedroom seemed bigger in the photos.

The owners are friendly, accommodating and easy to deal with. The location is just infront of the Vatican and so many restaurants and supermarkets within the area plus the metro rail - Ottaviano is only 3mins walk.

Very good location - just next to the Vatican, St. Peter's Square and the tube station. Hosts are very friendly and helpful. Excellent price considering a great base for exploring Rome. The room is small, but sufficient for a family of four. I have very fond memories of my stay there. Highly recommended!
