I found the men at the check in counter arrogant and very up them selves!!!!

Location. Rossini restaurant

Breakfast. Very poor selection of ‘hot’ food and what there was, was barely luke warm Room amenities. Only water in room on arrival. Not replenished daily. Had to go out at 5am to acquire some as reception staff said we couldn’t even buy any from the hotel at that time. No body lotion or conditioner.

Very clean and centrally located

Location was at the best spot for seeing all the attractions

Atmosphere

The breakfast could be improved and better organized

The hotel is beautiful inside, with a lovely garden where you can have breakfast or simply take photos. I loved the whole concept. I absolutely loved the bathroom, it was super clean and beautiful. The bed was really comfortable and perfectly sized for two people, with enough space. It’s location is exceptional, very close to Termini, which makes getting around very easy. The area feels safe, and you can find everything you need just a few steps away, as well as being close to iconic landmarks of Rome.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like

Excellent location and traditional Italian palazzo style decor really makes the place, air con is great, and room is spacious

The breakfast really lets it down. The so called ‘orange juice’ was probably the worst I have ever seen in any hotel. It was some sort of diluted mixture that tasted like berocca. Pastries were excellent however other fresh options were lacking

Best Location and Staff is Very cooperative

The staff were lovely and the rooms were super clean.

The breakfast food was not very good, the bed was uncomfortable, the hair-dryer didn't work, the water pressure wasn't great, when we arrived our fridge didn't work... but they swapped it for us. And we had our room upgraded. The staff were great. Thank you.

Receptionist could have been more helpful on arrival. Improve directions to lifts etc

Everyone was extremely kind and thoughtful. We were worried about having to pay to store our luggage. They kept it safely stored until we were done exploring the city! So easy!
