Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Breakfast buffet could use a bit better quality (hard bacon for example), and was a bit too hectic/busy with everyone fighting for food in the food area. I think the place is in need to renovation to restore its former glory.

MexicoFor some people, the rooms can be a bit old. Sometimes the room can be cold because the A/C. Sometimes the Internet failed.
Conveniently located. A lot of busses stops and very closed to metro station. 10min walk to Termini Station so can visit other locations like Firenze by taking a train. If you need anything from a supermarket, there is one very closed. The breakfast save us time in a hurry, since it was included on our stay. You can request a shuttle to the Airport once you finished your stay although can be a bit expensive but if your party is big, it is worthy. The rooms was big enough for 2.

AustraliaInternet on the TV did not work - the YouTube and phone pairing device. The reception told us multiple times that they would fix it but never did. We were there for 5 nights and were disappointed with this. Additionally, we were on our honeymoon and we were given a single bed each. We explicitly said we would like to share a queen or double bed but this request was not met.
The location of the hotel was great - walking distance to most things you would like to see in Rome.
