Not easy to find parking place.

Good location, good communication with the owner. There is a big bathroom (more comfortable than usual). Cleaner than other places in south Italy:). Air condition and fridge in the room. Kind people at the bar we got breakfast. And you can watch italian mornings from the big balcony😊.

Elevator only fits 2 people

Up-To-Date room, very clean and only a small walk away from the train station. Fresh and delicious breakfast was served in a local bakery a cross the street.

Lovely room near the old town and train station. Clean, comfortable and with a lovely balcony. Everything worked (although the wifi was a little temperamental at times). The breakfast cafe staff were also lovely and helpful. Useful to note - the luggage storage offered is at the cafe across the road, which closes early evening so it is not a luggage solution for the whole day after check out. Additionally, there is a 2€ tourist tax per person.

There was an unpleasant smell coming through the plumbing in the bathrooms at times of two of our rooms.

The location was good, we were able to walk around and see the sights from there. We enjoyed the croissant and coffee for breakfast. We were able to leave our bags at the cafe for the day after check out and explore some more before our cruise. Has an elevator to take your bags up.

The location is excellent, very close to the old city as well as to the shopping streets of the new city. There are also parking garages near by. The instructions were clear and it was very easy to find and self check in. The communication with the owner was smooth and quick. The room is big, clean and comfortable. In the morning you can get coffee and pastry for free at the bar across the street. However, the internet didn't work or at best worked intermittently . There was a kettle in the room but no cups which would have been nice to have

Easy to find and easy access, steps away from historical town. Enough space for three people in a room. The large balcony was a nice surprise. The breakfast (one croissant and one coffee) is at the bar/coffee shop across the road. If you’re coming by car, you should know the property has no parking places. The chance to find street parking spots are close to zero (there are no free paking places, even the street ones cost around 2 euros/hour). The only option you have is underground private parking places, which cost 25 euros from the moment you get in to 11am next day. If you stau longer, it’s 2 euro/extra hour. And you have to leave them the car keys so they can move the car if needed. There is a private paking about 5 min away from the apartment, everything went well, no problem with the car.

The smell in our apartment was unpleasant initially, but it was promptly addressed and resolved the very next day.

The spot was great, and breakfast at the cafe across the street was good. But the bakery next door had way better croissants.

Breakfast was included in the bar downstairs. You have to show a voucher and pay 2 euro city tax. But this is bulshit :) You pay 1 euro for coffee and 1 euro for croissant and it's not a city tax at all. I don't like such "schemes". Guests should know that they come to the nice bar downstairs, it's tasty, it's cheap, but they shouldn't have this lie :)

Self check-in is very convenient. You get instructions on WhatsApp and it's very easy to get into the room. The room is simple but very clean and has a great balcony. The location is very good. The staff were very friendly, communicating on WhatsApp and helping with some basic questions about the city. You can leave your bag in the bar downstairs if you arrive before 3pm.
