Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Pool: - Fantastic for adults and kids, we enjoyed it every day. - The ice shop is directly at the pool where you get cool down with nice ice Parking: - Garage against payment, or you can park at the backyard free of charge, good solution Room: - We had booked a family suit, was enough for us with 2 kids, daily cleaning, mini bar with water. Cost: - We booked one day before in August in the middle of holiday season the cost was a bit high but still fair, booking a bit early is recommanded. All in all a nice hotel and very close to Milano city center.

Slovenia1. Pool although new was filled with anoying kids who extensively used showers (against hotel’s aim to act environmentaly responsible) - simple pool guard would do the job. 2. Kaos during the breakfast, where sitting arangement should be better managed in order to help other staff to clean and prepare tables effectively. 3. Restaurant Morbido should have a bit friendlier and more profesional manager who should speak fluent english. 4. Room balcony totaly unuseful - no chairs, bad view, shared with next door room. 5. Mosquitos are everywhere - we came prepared when it comes to the room, yet outside sitting areas should take this into considerarion. 6. 2 false alarms - during one at 10 p.m. we had to evacuate the room. Afterwards our daughter couldn’t fall a sleep anymore as she was afraid that everything will happen again. 7. Hotel communicates 5€ room bonus for every day without room cleaning - we are very eco enviromentaly oriented, yet no bonus could be used at the bar as communicated.

SwitzerlandThe Breakfast could’ve offered a little more but otherwise it was good. We struggled a bit with going backt to the hotel after 9pm as there would be weird people on the bus and the street wasn’t lighted up at all.
Very comfortable bed and modern room, staff very friendly and open to helping out. Breakfast was fine. Pool atmosphere was very pleasant! The hotel is 30 min bus ride from navigli aswell.
