The spa /wellness area and gym is the key point of the hotel. These facilities made our stay very good. We would not have stayed there without the spa/wellness area. The hotel rooms might need a renovation but overall, given the spa area, the stay was good. breakfast ok.

Thoroughly enjoyed our visit at QC termemontebianco.

Beautiful spa at QC termemontebianco with different relaxation rooms and a decently sized pool. The QC Terme Pré Saint Didier are a 20-30 minute walk away and have even larger facilities with many pools and relaxation rooms guaranteeing a day of relaxation. Breakfast at QC termemontebianco hotel offered a lovely selection food items - from cereals, to cold cuts and american style breakfast Rooms offer a lovely view and come equipped with a Nespresso machine and a Dyson hairdryer!

The Spa area with the indoor pool flowing to the outside was great. Many other saunas, baths and relaxation areas were spread out. Very nice, comfortable and secluded. Breakfast was very good and the indoor parking was very useful, although not huge.

The best thing about this hotel is the SPA! Very spacious and very well equipped! The rest... boff The rooms are old style, without enough maintenance. The hotel is situated next to a major road that passes 24/7, it is sooo nosy event if the windows are closed!!! The restaurant is pretentious and overprised. The breakfast is NOT equal to à 4-star hotel at all: what's of diversity but only highly industrial food et nothing prepared "à la minute"!!! Honestly, I do NOT recommend this hotel just for a SPA experience.

Room is quite small. Poor value for money regarding the food : - Breakast pread : ok - Dinner : definitely not worth the price. Little serves with food that is not really good. Better go have dinner in Courmayeur than at the hotel.

The bathroom felt a bit dated with shower quite small due to it being a handicapped space. We found the dinner menu a bit restrictive in terms of selection of foods offered. Car parking was a bit of a challenge. The spaces up top and even in the garage are very small spaces.

The breakfast was wonderful with great selection and even had GF options. Spa/Pool was fantastic and much nicer when less crowded. We very much enjoyed all of the different experiences you could have in the spa. The room (corner) was spacious partly because it was a wheel chair accessible space. Very much enjoyed the view of the mountains and trees waking up in the morning. It was a bit to cold to sit outside/enjoy the porch fully. The in room toiletries were a treat. Staff were very pleasant and helpful.

There are no attendants in the spa, and you can't book massage services at all. The breakfast is cold and the food is average. Dinner was not good.

The elevators needs to be upgraded to something more modern as they are both really slow and bumpy. I also didn't like the fact that you only have access to the side you go out from. Our room was too small with no space for the luggage and also needs and overall refurbishment. I also didn't like the sun beds lacking a support for your head, making it uncomfortable for long time use / reading.

The hotel is positioned in a great location overlooking Monte bianco. The SpA is great and the hotel restaurant is also really good. We loved breakfast and dinner with healthy local products.

Honestly, the fact that getting a taxi to Courmayeur was impossible was the only negative aspect of the entire trip. I wish you had a taxi on call for something like that. we waited about 30min before they told us that they couldnt find a taxi.

The spa was excellent, the room was clean and crisp. all the ammenedies were a surprise and a plus! We were so close to everything and the front desk was so kind and helpful. I would definitely stay here again! The breakfast was the all time best part of the entire stay!

Not enough loungers by the hot tub area and the spa can get crowded with external day guests - they should limit / control the numbers during peak hours of the day.

Excellent (more then excellent) breakfast at the QC Terme - overnight guests have access to breakfast and inclusive access to the spa which is amazing with multiple relaxing rooms and large indoor and outdoor hot tub (it does get crowded with external day guests but nothing too bad)

- Relax area before the massages is very loud because of the people walking upstairs in infrared room - You need to potentially walk back a lot to reach toilets and get water to drink depending on where you are in the spa - Dinner is extremely pricey although nice, but price for similar dishes in Aosta would be at least one thirds less (appetizers are all around 24 euros) - Bathrooms in rooms are outdated - Limited parking (you need some luck)

honestly, nothing needed improving, although I suppose at times, parking could be an issue.

Everything was beautiful: Garden, hotel, restaurant. The spa was fabulous. Had an excellent stay.

Overall it seems that the hotel needs renovation- The room was very ancient, the elevators were old, the lobby wasn’t enviting, the breakfast was basic, the spa was too crowded and there is no free space for parking.
