This hotel have seen better days. The finish is gone. In our room the fridge was broken and worked as a freezer. Running all the time and making drinks into ice cubes. The safe in the room was also out of order. We didnt bother to hackle with the staff to get it fixed. The breakfast buffet is not worth the money. The hotel restaurant way too expensive.

Very nice location and view. The lift to and from the beach (when working). Bar area by the pool (only one pool in operation). The safety guy at the pool was very pro-active and amazing! Great take away pizzaria by the marina close by.

No other TV channel than Italien TV. This is not good. Should have at least BBC or CBS and preferred on German TV channel.

Location is great and rooms are big enough. Breakfast better than a few years ago.

The shower glass was too small, which caused the entire bathroom to get wet after taking a shower. During breakfast, there was only one coffee machine available, resulting in a long queue to get coffee. Additionally, if you prefer cooked dishes for breakfast, the selection was quite limited. The food served at the restaurant for dinner was not very good.

The view was great. Rooms are big, clean and nice. Staff were nice and very friendly.

Starting to look a little tired in places and could have been cleaner.

The staff were super helpful from arrival through to us leaving. This applies to all the staff I.e reception, cleaners, restaurant and the guys assisting with parking.

Noise from other people's rooms was noticeable. People talking in raised voices and toilets flushing stood out.

The pools and surrounds are tired and need renovating. The pools do not reflect the pictures online. This hotel is not suitable for anyone who cannot manage stairs as while there is a lift you still have to use stairs and some with no hand rails. The shower is over the bath and is a large step up and due to only a small glass screen water sprays everywhere making the tiles very slippery. Make sure you ask for a hair dryer as otherwise very old slow dryer attached to wall and room does not have tea or coffee making facilities nor a full length mirror.

The service was outstanding and the views are excellent and the room size was larger than shown online with a large terrace overlooking the water Breakfast had many options to select. Lots of hanging space

There is no available parking. The only possibility to park is along the road in front of the hotel which is not entirely convenient.

Parking was right at the top of the hotel, the lifts were really slow and there were loads of stairs to climb.

Staff were very friendly and the views from the restaurant and swimming pool were amazing.

Excellent location with magnificent views. The room was large and comfortable but the age is showing, for example you shower in the bathtub. Pool area very large but could do with a little maintenance.

No kettle in room though we were provided with one on request. We had one excellent meal in restaurant but on last night there was a 18th birthday party on at the same time and food service was slow and main courses either overcooked or partly cold.

Amazing location with fantastic views over the bay. Spacious rooms. Wonderful breakfast. Amazing pool.

Only thing my wife would have liked was a hair dryer in the room. Pool water was lovely and clean although the main pool could have done with a vacuum as there was quite a lot of sediment on the bottom

There is a problem with pigeons at breakfast on the terrace. Guests should be advised not to leave food on the tables as the pigeons cause chaos. Used dishes should be removed immediately. Signage and a staff member welcoming guests and instructing them on how to avoid the birds would be helpful. Other than that the breakfast itself was great.

Friendly and helpful staff, huge rooms, great view, excellent rooftop pool. Funicular up and down the hillside was an unexpected surprise.
