DenmarkThis hotel have seen better days. The finish is gone. In our room the fridge was broken and worked as a freezer. Running all the time and making drinks into ice cubes. The safe in the room was also out of order. We didnt bother to hackle with the staff to get it fixed. The breakfast buffet is not worth the money. The hotel restaurant way too expensive.
Very nice location and view. The lift to and from the beach (when working). Bar area by the pool (only one pool in operation). The safety guy at the pool was very pro-active and amazing! Great take away pizzaria by the marina close by.

LuxembourgThe shower glass was too small, which caused the entire bathroom to get wet after taking a shower. During breakfast, there was only one coffee machine available, resulting in a long queue to get coffee. Additionally, if you prefer cooked dishes for breakfast, the selection was quite limited. The food served at the restaurant for dinner was not very good.
The view was great. Rooms are big, clean and nice. Staff were nice and very friendly.

AustraliaThe pools and surrounds are tired and need renovating. The pools do not reflect the pictures online. This hotel is not suitable for anyone who cannot manage stairs as while there is a lift you still have to use stairs and some with no hand rails. The shower is over the bath and is a large step up and due to only a small glass screen water sprays everywhere making the tiles very slippery. Make sure you ask for a hair dryer as otherwise very old slow dryer attached to wall and room does not have tea or coffee making facilities nor a full length mirror.
The service was outstanding and the views are excellent and the room size was larger than shown online with a large terrace overlooking the water Breakfast had many options to select. Lots of hanging space

GermanyThere is a problem with pigeons at breakfast on the terrace. Guests should be advised not to leave food on the tables as the pigeons cause chaos. Used dishes should be removed immediately. Signage and a staff member welcoming guests and instructing them on how to avoid the birds would be helpful. Other than that the breakfast itself was great.
Friendly and helpful staff, huge rooms, great view, excellent rooftop pool. Funicular up and down the hillside was an unexpected surprise.
