The rooms were a bit dark, but otherwise no complaints.

The location was great. It was right by the water and there’s a good walk way along the lake. The hotel was recently renovated so everything is really new. Bar on the roof has a great view.

Room was a little too small, with shower basically in the Room which was not an issue for a couple but could be one for friends travelling together.

Great approach of personnel who enabled last minute change of reservation. Very good location, reachable by train (almost to the end) from Milan. Beautiful views on the lake and mountains. Tasty breakfast with Also helpful and friendly personnel. Wondreful rooftop terrace with bar where they Can Also prepare a small meal.

Nothing. We did pay a bit more for our room as it was a last minute trip. Though, imagine you could get a better deal if booked in advance.

Perfect location, very helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast was exceptional, especially the bean to cup coffee machine. Only a 20 min walk to Lecco. Plenty of places to eat right outside the hotel. View from our balcony room was out of this world.

Our first trip to Lake Como with our son was perfect thanks to Promessi. The staff were so friendly and helpful, the hotel was spotless and beautiful, and we felt completely cared for. We left with the happiest memories and can’t wait to return!

The localisation is just perfect, in front the lake with picturesque path, restaurants and small public beach. The staff was very attentive to our needs and especially the breakfast area staff deserves a huge shout out for the kindness and attention to details. Very big and comfortable beds, everything was very clean. Everyday water refill in the room.

The only thing I didn't like was the transparent glass shower room as I went with a cousin and wanted more privacy.

There is paid parking available at the hotel, but the spots are very tight if you’re driving an SUV. There are public parking lots nearby that could be more convenient.

The hotel is clean and modern, with the terrace being its best feature. The room was a bit small, but the service was good. The breakfast was really good and with a lot of options. The location was nice!

For the restaurant staff not to be so rigid the unique selling point is that the hotel is lake side. If hotel guests want to drink coffee and not order lunch they should not be sent back to the lobby where there is no view. Especially if we ordering dinner in the evenings and are regular guests.

The hotel design and architecture was very nice. We really enjoyed the Rooftop terrace for evening drinks and the restaurant across the road done good food.
