There was only one electrical socket in the room and an additional one in the bathroom. I had two devices to charge overnight so it was fine for me, but one additional socket in the room would have been nice.

Breakfast was poor.

This is a 3 star hotel and does what it says on the tin. Rooms are small and basic, beds are comfortable, air con worked fine, shower was good although narrow. Rail and bus station less than 5 min walk.

The shower was lukewarm, however it was a very warm day when we stayed so less of an issue.

Very near the train station, and perfect for an overnight stay. The hotel was clean and the staff were very attentive and spoke good English. The included breakfast had plenty of choice, plus the coffee machine delivered the most delicious espressos and hot chocolate.

There was only one chair in the room, the shower stall was small and had quite a bit of mould.

We arrived at 23:30 to Udine by train. The reception was opened, in contrary to private accommodations. In the morning we had breakfast, which was included in the price :-) Although location on opposite side of train station, the night was very quiet.

Location opposite the railway station was fantastic and only a 5-10 minute walk to the town centre. Room was warm, clean and comfortable.

A small elevator and low water pressure in the bathroom - it didn't flow at all in the morning.

Breakfast - smaller selection, but sufficient and tasty. The location is great, near the train and bus station.

Room interior is a bit outdated. Bathroom shower looked very advanced but due to lack of water pressure I could only use as a normal shower.

Restaurants are a bit of a walk away, but it's overall a very walkable city. The location seemed very busy, and certainly more friendly once you get to the city centre. Nevertheless the friendly staff, distance to the train station, bike storage and flexible breakfast arrangements would have me book it again.

Very helpful providing breakfast earlier than the regular slot. The location right in front of the train station was also perfect for our early departure, and for that alone I would book it again. There is also a bike room which was a requirement for our stay.

One thing to note for solo female travellers is the street where the hotel is was populated by a lot of men. I only went out in daylight hours and was catcalled twice nearby the hotel. It's not a fault of the hotel, but I'd not recommend going out at night alone.

Very clean room and good breakfast selection. Good location as it's 2 minutes away from the train station and a 10 minute walk away from the city centre. 24 hour reception service and key card access to hotel was appreciated as it felt very secure.

Excellent location between train and bus stations. Historic centre is 1.5 km away, a pleasant walk with many interesting architectural styles along the way. The Duomo & the Diocesan Museum are not to be missed. We were grateful to the Hotel's receptionist for informing us that the Museum's opening days were not as advertised & we got to see the wonderful Tiepolo gallery that we thought we would miss.
