We enjoyed our stay .

We enjoyed our nights stopover location is right in town and walking distance to cafes bars and attractions. We were traveling on a motorcycle around Europe and was offered to park in the side foyer which was secure for us . Friendly English speaking staff nice bfast good coffee cold beers . The building and rooms are older but clean and functional and great price for the area . there is a nice water park walking distance bar/ restaurant and entertainment.

The Breakfast was very continental. Other guests had fresh fruit (eg pineapple, kiwi) that I never saw on offer or displayed.

As Brits visiting a small hotel in Italy we found the breakfast a little meagre and uninspiring, but enough to call it a breakfast.

The breakfast area during this season is rather small, but quality of the food available is good. Fresh espresso or cappuccino is always available.

Parking: no private parking on site (1/5) As well it's hard to find a hotel according to the address in the Booking.com, you need to in Google maps with the name.

Staff: good (4/5) Breakfast: fairly good (3/5) Room: big one (5/5) Overall experience was good, but the first thing we encountered when going out of the car was a homeless women, who were asking for money or food.. so I was wondering if we still find all windows in the car. Everything is was good.

I had quite an interesting experience during this stay. Initially, I mistakenly booked the Hotel Principe Albergo, assuming it was located much further along my trip. To my dismay, I realized my error as it turned out to be in Salsomaggiore Terme, Parma. Furthermore, I had the impression that this was an old, small town, and my assumptions were confirmed upon seeing the room. However, as I began to inspect the accommodations, I discovered that despite its antiquated appearance, the room was remarkably well-maintained. It was simple and not particularly spacious, featuring a single bed and a sizable closet. Everything in the room functioned properly, and the bathroom was immaculately clean. Surprisingly, even the air conditioning unit operated quietly. After taking a brief nap, I decided to explore the surroundings on foot. To my astonishment, I discovered that this town was truly remarkable! It boasted beautiful old buildings, palaces, and a charming old town area. Additionally, I had the pleasure of savoring an exceptional traditional pizza. I must highlight the exceptional service provided by Mary Elizabeth at the front desk. She was absolutely outstanding, displaying immense courtesy and a wealth of knowledge. Her efforts to ensure my stay was enjoyable were truly commendable. Considering the price I paid, a mere €51 inclusive of breakfast, I felt like I had struck gold. While the breakfast might not have been the most diverse I've encountered, it was more than satisfactory given the affordable price. I mean, come on, at that rate, it's hard to complain! I would like to express my gratitude for providing me with a memorable visit.

I booked a room and got a confirmation. Once calling to confirm my arrival at about 5PM I was told the room was not available even if I could still book another online. I asked what was the reason for this booking problem I was replied with a very rood tone " We are fully booked tonight .. if you want to come to the reception with your confirmed booking you'll still will not get a room !!! Booking should have call to confirm first !!! " ... very unprofessional .. stay far away !!!

Breakfast was so poor. The room without fridge. The shower is very bad because the water temperature is very fluctuated. And up to that, they charged me the potable water, whereas all hotels around the world give two bottles of water free of charge every morning. Except this hotel in remotely village. Finally, the hotel runs by family members, so in the evening, the lobby turns like family and friends gathering. This is very annoying when entering and exiting, and even when you are trying to get a cup of coffee while trying to work quietly.
