Breakfast was okay, but it lacked some variety and quantity (we came in the middle of serving breakfast, and there were only a couple of buns left). They brought some extra for us but didn't replenish the bread/pastry on the buffet table.

Villa del Gattopardo is a historical place where you can't feel like anything else but royalty. Rooms are at least double the size they usually are, with beautiful baroque details and furnishings. Each room has something unique (ours had an old chess set that was missing a couple of figurines, and that gave it even more charm), and each room has an amazing view (of the garden or the courtyard). Besides the beautiful interior design, rooms have modern gadgets and a hidden "kitchen" in a wardrobe equipped with a sink, basic dishes and utensils, a kettle, a toaster, and even a portable cooktop! Breakfast is served in a baroque dining room with big chandeliers and mirrors with golden frameworks, as well as on the terrace (smoking allowed!). The garden, along with the fountain, is simply magical.

The staff were official and cold. Spa is only for charge. During our stay there have been construction works right at the front of our window. General garden maintenance works were loud.

Unique beautiful villa suit, good place to relax far from the busy center of Palermo. Luxury restaurant hall and vide range of breakfast meals. Beautiful garden with a large jacuzzi (unfortunately we didn't try it) for free.

As a sharp contrast to everything else on the property, the parking was apocalyptic, full of really deep holes and difficult to navigate. It's such a pity since literally everything else is wonderful. This is a management problem and it is a shame that they let it get in that condition.

The property and room itself felt really decadent, as if I'm in another era. All the details, all the small touches made the experience even more sumptuous, like the robe, the ornate cups for coffee and tea, the little kits in the bathroom...The bed and the pillows were wonderfully comfortable and smelled divine. The breakfast served was succulent and tasty. All the staff were the personification of kindness and professionalism. The garden was well maintained and relaxing, the lemon trees full of fruit were wonderful to look at.

What a place! Not only the style and design but also the atmosphere created by the personnel who work passionately and are extremely helpful! The place is stunning, the garden is well-maintained, and breakfast offers local food and ingredients served in a breathtaking dining area. We arrived with an electric car which was fully charged (free of charge) at the parking assigned to the villa. The place is safe, and rooms are spacious and clean, with a wide selection of amenities.

Excellent hotel with a lot of history about 20 minutes taxi ride from the town centre. Excellent staff, very helpful. There is a Spa which we did not have time to use!. Great base for exploring Palermo.

The outdoor pool was a little disappointing with regards to size ( it is essentially a jacuzzi). It was clean and regularly tended.

The property has been carefully and beautifully renovated . The staff extend this care to those fortunate enough to stay and are extremely welcoming and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble. The property is spotlessly clean with attention to detail with regards to antique or hand made furnishings. The gardens are extensive and well maintained and food beautifully and freshly prepared. There is a lovely atmosphere of calm and relaxation .

The combination of the art and history of this hidden gem was fantastic, made all the better by fantastic staff and brilliant food in a lovely setting. This was an absolute find and we will be recommending it to everyone. Danielle and Bonnie were great hosts and made us feel so welcome.

It was truly amazing the grounds and the building were just beautiful. The lovely spa lady was so friendly and the spa was so worth the experience. The manger (sorry can’t remember his name) was very friendly and did extremely well stepping into the waiter roll that evening . Thank you ☺️

They has just started an outdoor bar on the weekends, with an outside vendor and I don't think they understood on much the noise would travel into some of the rooms.

The breakfast buffet was lovely and fresh everyday, especially since the villa was not fully booked. A shuttle ran to the downtown area and was accommodating to our schedule (also since they were not fully booked). There was also a nice restaurant next door that we could walk to, but ask the front desk to make a reservation since it is a very busy place

Only thing was there was not a guest lounge to relax as weather was poor on arrival so stayed in room. But next morning the gardens were lovely to sit in.

So beautiful and very comfortable, exceptional staff and the best massage in the spa by the spa manager. Breakfast on the terrace superb and again superb service.

Scent sticks in the atrium of the room took a while to air out, seems not fitting for a country of orange, lemon and almonds. The free bikes worked, at least barely, but are hopelessly outdated.

Wonderful peaceful and quiet location in the suburbs of Palermo. Excellent breakfast, very friendly service. This hotel is located in a historic villa with gardens and fountains, visit the upstairs to step into the ancient regal villa. A good restaurant is next door. A large parking lot with electric vehicle charger is also available.

Our stay was a little short and we didn’t get to use the city bikes.

Stunning palace with comfortable rooms, amazing artwork throughout. Spa is highly recommended. Spectacular show at the back garden with one of a kind Fountain in Europe. Breakfast is heavenly, compliments to the chef 😋 If you lucky enough to get a reservation at Villa del Gattopardo, the owner will take you on immersive journey of local heritage and sacred history of the Palace. Had to ask for a bedside light - provided night 2. Sound proofing could be better - heard people next door. NO RESTAURANT. No swimming pool. Bit expensive in view of lack of facilities.
