Away from the busy lakeside, very peaceful setting. This was ideal for us as we had a hire car. Everything was spotless with supremely helpful staff. The spa is outstanding, Liliana was a great masseuse. The breakfast is one of the best I’ve had. Loved that there was an adults only pool.

The shower room floor gets very wet from taking a shower. The air conditioner vent is extremely dirty with mold.

- We were arriving a few houra before the check in hour. I reached out to ask if we could store our suitcases and use the pool until the room was ready. They said i would need to pay 25 euros per person to use the pool for a couple hours. Not a great start of our stay. - The coffee in general is terrible. - One of our bedrooms' air conditioner was not working the first night. They didnt fix it, nor chage the room. - we ordered a sandwich for one of our kids, only to discover the bottom part was completely black (burned) and they tried to hide it putting it upside down on the plate instead of throwing it away. The cheese sandwich costs 12 euros by the way. - The gym is dark with no windows and very little equipment. I dont think they should even mention the gym as part of their features. - The building has leakages and you can see the humidity on the walls. It definitely need maintanance.

The location and the pool were great. The rooms are very big and the bathroom was huge including a really nice jacuzzi.

Decent hotel with a kind and generous staff, well located for all of Garda attractions and sights. However the hotel, its , public spaces and rooms are outdated. you can see everywhere that this is not a luxury hotel and that money is saved in all corners. we stayed for 6 nights, and our room suffered from very bad smell from the day we arrived, which made it disturbing to even be in the room, we complained about it and if could not be fixed. they offered us to change the room after 3 days with no compensation whatsoever. There was a huge rain which flooded the hotel and our room as well. breakfast is ok but the same everyday, with no fresh eggs station and no orange juice. so all by all a mixed experience.

There was a smell in our room from either the drains or air conditioning. Our room view was of the adjacent Movie Land car park and didn’t have the stated balcony.

The behavior of the young German guests in the evening hours was very disruptive, as they mistook the adjacent road for a racetrack. As a result, one was forced to endure the noise of so-called sports cars during the night, with which these individuals were evidently trying to compensate for their masculinity.

Beautiful hotel, located in a lovely area, very quiet with green as far as the eye can see. Beautiful outside pools, lovely spa. Breakfast was great with lots to choose from. Rooms have little charming balconies that face either the pool or the view of the area. Free car park for those travelling with a car.

This was our 4th stay at the hotel and it is need of a bit of tlc. Minor things but in the past it has been immaculate.

The location and hotel are superb. Staff in the restaurant are friendly and helpful.

Good and beautiful location not far from Lazise. Very good spa area with plenty of options and space. Fitness studios are good as well. The staff was very friendly and helpful in general. The bar was well sorted and even had a few special cocktails on offer. Great barkeeping! :)

The gym opened at 8am. It would be nice of it is open from 7am e. g. so that you can go to Sport before breakfast.

The small Pool on the side was super and very quiet.

Breakfast options just ok. Indoor pool staff seemed to lack motivation & we discovered some facilities on the last day that hadn’t been highlighted during our stay. Location is much further outside lazise than you imagine when you see it on the map!

Lovely modern hotel, excellent rooms, great grounds & pools. Indoor pool great for when the weather wasn’t great & moderate size gym. Spa treatments available (some better than others)
