Beautiful hotel. Great location in old town but also convenient to get in and out by car to allow other towns. Staff was great! Super friendly and nice. Breakfast was very good.

The staff were fantastic - so friendly and helpful! Delicious breakfast, comfortable spotless rooms with a great shower. A stone’s throw from the old town so really convenient. Parking a few hundred metres away.

The staff was always in a good mood and helpful especially with planning an itinerary for the local attractions. They all spoke English and were service oriented. They definitely liked working at the hotel which makes a difference with energy. The hotel had private and secure parking that was nearby. Excellent breakfast and view.

- Parking on street a bit difficult to find initially until check-in, because the hotel is on a main street. Better to ask the hotel in advance for parking.

- Very clean and spacious room and bathroom. - Very good location, close to Ostuni old town, 10-15 minutes walking. A lot of places to eat and stores nearby. - Staff was very kind and helpful, able to speak multiple languages. - Very good breakfast buffet, with a variety of options. - On a main road, easy to find. - Parking was available for free on a partner hotel, 5 minutes away walking.

We loved this hotel. We have never had a better breakfast. The staff were so friendly and helpful. It’s right by the center of things, in a perfect location. It is one of our very favorite hotels, we cannot praise the place or the staff enough. Very clean and modern and the rooms are large and spacious. We would come back if we were traveling in this area again.

A very warm and happy welcome, messaged for help with a taxi as none at station and they couldn’t of helped more. The hotel was so clean and well kept. Breakfast was yummy, the pastries were delicious

The hotel is in a great spot, peaceful yet accessible. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the room was spotless, modern, and comfortable. The chef was especially helpful and attentive, making each meal feel personal and thoughtfully prepared. Highly recommended for a relaxing stay.

Perfect location in Ostuni! The hotel is gorgeous, modern and super clean. The room was spacious and plenty of room in the bathroom. We had a room with a balcony. Amazing breakfast options and the staff was very helpful and accommodating.

The maids need to do a better job of cleaning the floor as they swept but missed washing the dirt on the floor. For a standard room, the closet space was small and difficult for 2 people to share.

The staff was welcoming and extremely helpful and accommodating. Very respectful, responsive and engaged. Rooms were clean, included a coffee machine and water kettle for tea. Bathroom was spacious and included good counter space. Breakfast was a continental breakfast. Includes free filtered water at any time of day. Free parking at 100m from hotel. Close to the Centro Storico,

Beautiful hotel in a great location. Very clean and comfortable. Breakfast very good also. The biggest compliment we could give is for the staff. They were exceptional, polite, welcoming and extremely helpful. They really went above and beyond.

Car parking 300M away. Although we could usually manage free parking on the street.

Lovely hotel in a great location, just a short, level, walk to the old town. Our room was very comfortable, clean and spacious. Plus we had a small balcony with great views to the Adriatic. Breakfast buffet was excellent, great choice of things to eat. But the feature that made the hotel truly stand out was the staff. They were all so friendly and helpful. If/when we return to Ostuni we’ll definitely stay here again.
