Breakfast at the bar was excellent, but it was difficult to figure out the actual arrangement of what you are allowed to order and how the costing works.

Beautiful room with everything you need and so much more. We enjoyed the shares patio and coffee station with extra snacks especially after a long day of travelling. Secure parking close to the accomodation. Very accomodating and helpful host.

we didn't get tickets for breakfast (maybe by mistake) and in the cafe they didn't want to give us anything without the tickets. at the end they fixed it.

Good location, very close to the historical center. Very comfortable modern flat, very clean. Simona is extremely kind and friendly host, many thanks. A private parking is available to the guests next to the building. Good breakfast is served in the cafeteria nearby.

At night time, the lights were not on in the lobby or up the stairs to the room. It was very dark. Would be great to have sensor lights.

The apartment was close to both the old city and to a quieter more residential area with some great restaurants (walking distance). The apartment itself was beautifully appointed and very comfortable. The owner Simona, was an absolute gem, who went out of her way to ensure we had a great stay and were well taken care of. She was so helpful with everything, we cannot thank her enough. There is a great little coffee / Snack room as well. Breakfast is included (10 Euro to spend) and the Cafe where you grab the breakfast is a quick 2 minute walk up the street from the apartment. The croissants are amazing and the owner was super friendly and accommodating.

This spacious accommodation in the vicinity of Lecce's old town offered a comfortable and unique experience. Clean and equipped with necessary amenities (including Prosecco and other drinks), it ensured a pleasant one-night stay. Its location was perfect for exploring the local culture, yet it provided a peaceful retreat. Friendly communication with our hosts who gave us lots of tips. A solid choice for those wanting to explore Lecce.

An extraordinary destination has been created that adds something unique to a stay. We enjoyed the luxury and cleanliness. The provision of a coffee lounge with snacks, table and chairs adds to the feeling of space. I would imagine a good location to park a car. Check-in was simple, all communication via WhatsApp was lucid and timely. A 10min walk to the beginning of the old town, and a little further to the railway station.

The room was both clean, comfortable as well as aesthetically striking. The marble floors, multi-coloured lights over the hot tub and multifunction electric shower all combine to give the room a somewhat seductive atmosphere, perfectly in line with the undeniable beauty of the old town of Lecce. Simone and her husband were excellent hosts and even gave me a ride to meet my friends when I arrived. When I’m next in town I’ll know where to stay.

The shared kitchen was unexpected and having more than 1 apartment behind a common door. Some neighbours during the night were quite loud and woke us up. Also, first impressions upon approaching the building from the outside were not as expected. Property Manager had no English! Breakfast offsite and $5 per person allowance was a little strange.

Decor in the room, the shower, the fridge with cold drinks, coffee and parties in the kitchen, the off street parking. The owner was quite helpful by WhatsApp withe recs for restaurants, etc.
