At point of booking, few months in advance, i chose this place as was reasonably cheap as I was coming very later at night and then leaving again first thing in the morning, so I have enquired about 2am check in as wanted to make sure it was ok. Response in writing was “don’t worry about it” so I booked it. Much to my surprise 2 days before arrival I was told I had to pay €15 fee for late check in. I read their policy and nowhere it mentioned that. I tried to raise it with booking.com but a week later I still have no response and since it was non refundable booking I just bit the bullet and paid. It was not a big deal but it made me cross as with city tax it was additional €20 that if I knew I would have probably booked elsewhere as it with that it didn’t make it the cheapest reasonable option anymore. Also the place has been communicating by whats app and said to ring the number when I arrive (2am). Noone answered and I started calling o panicY i call the number again without WhatsApp (paid) and eventually someone answered, said “I will buzz you in” and told me over the phone which room was mine. So that cost me €15 In the morning upon leaving I found out there was a little communal kitchen area with kettle etc which I would have welcomed had i known- i didn’t know about it although I had to walk passed it when i arrived- but at 2am and in dark I obviously just missed it.

It wasn’t too far away from the train station. I think it was 10-15 minutes from the train station. I arrived at night and taxi driver from the airport found it ok, it was €18 for airport taxi from Bergamo airport as there were not anymore buses until 4am.

City tax paid by cash - I usually don’t carry cash, so that was inconvenient for me. Also the place is a bit too noisy in the evening time.

We have to pay 15€ for late check in ,even owner did not notice the price of that. He opened the the door with remote control. 15€ was 25% of one night stay. Wi fi is not working,only if you stay close to the window Breakfast is one coffee and one (1) small croissant. No ac just fan

The room was too hot to stay in as the fan was ineffective so unfortunately we had to move to different accommodation. The WiFi didn't work and there was no breakfast despite it being a B&B.

The room and bathroom were a good size and the property is in a convenient location.

The property is near the church and some local community so we were woken up by the church’s bell at 7:30 and later there was some community event for children which was very noisy. Apart from that, there’s just a fan in the room, so with 30+ degrees it may be a challenge for those who are not keen on heat.

It was easily accessible. There was enough space and the bed was comfortable.

Good location within walking distance of Bergamo’s main attractions. The staff were helpful and welcoming. Only issue was the shower head, which looked moldy and could use cleaning or replacement. Overall, a pleasant stay.

The room can be a bit noisy due to a playground located nearby. Also the bathroom was not cleaned very well, as there were some hairs from the previous guests.

The location is very convenient, the room is spacious and there is an adjacent kitchen. Bed is big and comfortable.

Pillows too hard

Easy to find, contacted host upon arrival and I was remotely let into the building and my room was ready early. Room more than adequate for my 1 night stay. Towels and toiletries provided, bed comfy but the pillows too hard. Other than that everything else great. Wifi was also good.
