How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The only point I didn't like was the lack of cofffee machine in the breakfast room. Instead, you've to ask a waiter to bring a coffee, and we had to wait for it.
A nice hotel, with a wonderful thetmal pool (indoor and outdoor) open for long hours. The hamam is especially good. The rooms are spacious, with a non-carpeted floor. The breakfast was really good.

Great five stars hotel in a peaceful area of Abano Terme. The hotel is nice, room size okay, bed super comfortable. The pool area and garden amazing, breakfast also fine. I can suggest to everyone who loves enjoying the life👍

The room was visited by the stuff several times a day, beds were tightened, garbage was cleaned but floor could be cleaner.. There were crumbs on the floor...
The hotel was very cosy, warm and pleasant with quit and comfy atmosphere everywhere. Thermal pools were amazing. Garden is beautiful. We will definitely comeback

There is nothing we did not like, we liked everything!
The place is absolute a must if you want to relax and get the pleasure of being there. Rooms, service, spa and food - all were fantastic! Also, reasonable prices.

Convenient to town to walk, shop or eat. Beds were comfortable and shower was awesome. Breakfast was top notch.

Everything was great
Really liked the spa area. Great outdoor pools with warm thermal water. The variety of saunas really surprised me <3 everything is clean and fragrant. For breakfast, you will be offered egg dishes prepared personally for you and freshly brewed coffee. Reception staff very responsive and helpful in any matter

Perfect relax hotel with a huge garden and great pools. The hotel is in great condition, rooms are nice, well furnished. Bed is large and comfortable, bath okay. Breakfast also fine. Free parking is an adventage

The surroundings are not that beautiful in terms of having a walk outside of the hotel. Camera surveillance all over the place inside the hotel and garden. Dinner only between 19:30-20:30 Breakfast could be fresher (fruit) and more exclusive for a 5-star hotel

Great hotel with nice large room. Bed super comfortable, clean. Breakfast was also nice. The pools and wellness are is fantastic, I can recommend it.

In a bit if a nowhere location. No atmosphere in the hotel. Really only for pure quite holidays.

surrounding area a bit abandoned and some construction was taking place nearby. waiters in the breakfast restaurant did not try just a little bit to understand your needs in english, almost forcing you to speak italian. every day i struggled with them to bring me a coffee like i needed. they seemed apathetic

We felt harresed by the pool police-not realy the greatest of customer relations approach by the two ladies in charge of the fitness.There is a policy here about swim cap-that we did not encounter at Mioni Pezzato- which is very aggresively enforced. Relax, people, please.
Clean large new rooms with exquisite toiletries from Aqua di Parma. Superb large quiet with all the hydromassage facilities pools. The spa is memorable. Excellent breakfast, with every new day another kind of crostata, egg station, freshly pressed juice. Also very professional service at breakfast. Nice garden. Large parking.
