Everything about this resort was magical and exceptional service!! We were treated like royalty and given an upgraded suite which was such a wonderful surprise as we were there for our 10 year wedding anniversary. The restaurant, staff and grounds were fantastic. The room was the best we've ever experienced!!

What is not to like. The resort is fabulous. The space to roam about and all the various buildings. The staff were very kind to upgrade us to an incredible suite. The facilities are excellent, staff are very friendly. Fabulous breakfast and great pool bar lunch. Lovely leaving gift which was a lovely touch.

AustraliaThe lunch and dinner menus are limited and quite expensive. Given we stayed 7 nights it would’ve been good to see a different menu on certain nights, or another option for dinner dining that was perhaps more informal. We also encountered a large number of wasps on the property, around the pools and while dining outside. Obviously this is not in the property’s control but we felt more could’ve been done by the property to try to control the amount of wasps. It made it difficult to enjoy eating outside or spending too long by the pool.
We stayed at this hotel for 7 nights and had a wonderful stay. There was a problem with our first room. We let reception know and the hotel immediately resolved the issue in a very generous manner. Excellent, spacious room with great amenities. Fantastic breakfast each morning with hot and cold foods, including eggs and pancakes cooked to order. The property has three beautiful outdoor pools and an indoor spa. The staff are excellent and very accommodating. The location is beautiful, surrounded by vineyards and the hills of Tuscany. The hotel is close to Chianciano-Terme and about a 20-25 minute drive to Montepulciano. It is a very family friendly hotel, we encountered plenty of families with their children. There is a pool specifically for families which was good. We enjoyed the free cantucci biscuits provided in our room each day, and were pleasantly surprised to receive biscuits and truffle oil as a gift on checkout. Excellent hotel, we would love to stay again and will highly recommend to family and friends!

Simply stunning hotel, one of the best I have ever visited. Yes, it is pricey but it is very much worth it. The land it's situated on is pristine and beautiful; it's immaculately cared for. There's a choice of three pools (one is a quiet one). We got a tour of the site by staff, a free bottle of prosecco too. The gym is well equipped in a glass box with perfect views. Breakfast is a mixture of a large continental buffet, and cooked to order items. When we left we were presented with a gift of some olive oil and other little items. A nice touch.

This was the best resort we have ever stayed at. The breathtaking views, exquisite cuisine and incredible staff made our stay as perfect as any could be. Flowers were blooming everywhere and there were many places to relax. Everyone working here made us feel special and their attention to customer service was amazing. We want to especially thank Vitoria and Malvina for helping us with all the logistics of our trip, they were pleasant, competent and very dedicated to making us feel comfortable.
