The apartament was very nice and clean - the cleaning service was on daily basis and included changing towels. Safe and well communicated area (buses 3 minutes and subway 10 minutes walk). Nice and very well equipped rooms according to description. Same for the kitchen. Great host Isabella taking care so you feel like at home, very helpful, contacted us a day before arrival. We were three persons including 12yrs old, everyone very happy about the stay.

Room was very comfortable and nice. Host was amazing, very helpful and made us feel welcome. Place was next to the buses end stop so it was also very easy and comfy to travel between the hotel and city center. we would definitely recommend and come back here again! :)

Everything was wonderful.

Impeccable stay! The hostess Isabella is absurdly attentive and friendly. The place is very clean, cozy and welcoming. Isabella made our stay even more wonderful. She gave wonderful food and transportation tips, being always willing to help. The location is excellent, close to bus and subway stops. I would come back this stay a million times.

Great accomodation very close to most of the Rome's tourist attractions. The nearby bus stop provided conection to the more remote parts of the city. The owner was very nice and helpful. The room was cleaned every day and even contained water, coffee and some snacks.

Great location for exploring Rome. Room was very clean and hosts could not do enough to help with any information required about the area or transportation. Electronic room and building access very mobile phone was easy to use.

The location is good, about 15 minutes on foot from Vatican; the hosts were very nice and recommended some sights to visit; the room was clean and cozy, there were some snacks and coffee capsules left for us.

Location was fab, walkable everywhere. Lovely street outside city centre, full of places to eat and grab a coffee. Host was fantastic, met us a the property and showed us around. Beautiful room with Florence vibe. Comfy bed, very clean. Shared kitchen. Easy check in and check out. Great advice from the host.

A bit far from metro but bus station is very close

Location is close to Vatican (15mins walk).. And if you are driving a car, it’s a perfect location as there is FREE big parking lot just next to the building. Room is 50mins away from city center (walking) but many good local restaurants nearby and supermarkets. If you wish to stay away from over noise and crowded areas (indeed Rome is insanely crowded in summer), then this location serve the purpose.

Everything about the apartment was excellent and clean , the cleaning staff came evryday to clean the apartment and rooms. they had all the kitchen utensils which is used for daily Basis. dishwasher,microwave and eletric stove too. bathrooms were clean and has a glass door for the shower The owners were very helpful and friendly. We stayed 5 nights in Rome may 2024. excellent location bus stop 5 min walk , restaurants and cosy cafe's around the corners . will definitely be going back to stay in the same place again they also provided us with as extra bed for our 6 year old daughter . Builders outside my window :D but that's temporary renovation work

Public free parking next to the building. Coffee machine, water and some sweets in the room was a nice touch. Loved the contactless check in, welcoming and caring host.

Prati Sweet Home is one of the best apartments! Very easy and kind communication, automatic entrance via app, very good and safe neighborhood. Bus station in 2minutes, Vatican 20min by foot. Fully equipped kitchen, italian breakfast (coffee, sweets), nice, clean, big rooms, cozy, designer livingroom. We really enjoyed our stay and if we return to Rome, we will choose Prati Sweet Home again! Recommended!!!!

Reconstruction outside, though it is temporary and I assume makes the price more affordable.

Very comfortable and very new apartment, modern style and so accurate and clean. Nice service 5*! No view from the window as currently there are some reconstrucrion outside, but if you plan to have a warm shower, silky bed and capsule coffee in the morning – this is the best option. Ideal for those who plan to visit Vatican – just 25 minutes walk.

Isabella was very welcoming and helpful. Vatican city is a 15 minute walk from the stay and the rest of the monuments can be reached by metro/bus or by foot if you don’t mind walking a bit further, which we often enjoyed.
