The lift was not working and did not get offered help with suit cases. The parking was available but a bit unclear how to reach it. The air-conditioning was not working and that made it for a difficult night during summer. The breakfast was 20 mins late, which affected our plans. The pool was not clean.

The price, the sweet bread on the breakfast. The location is good and easy to reach.

The water in the pool is very hot. The pool often closes at 18:00 instead of 20:00. Breakfast has become poorer.

Whole hotel is a construction site, quite dirty. In a shower curtains where covered in mold. Tiny elevator, which in the end we chose not to use but for someone who can’t take stairs it can be a real problem.

the rooms stink, the bathroom is full of long black hair on the floor, yuck, first I cleaned the floor with a towel, the beds creak if you just move, the carpet is dirty, burned, there is a construction site in the corridors, holes in the pants.. disgusting everything.. I booked 1 or 2nd floor, with a balcony, when I arrived the receptionist said that there are no balconies on these floors, but there were, she put me on the 3rd floor

Room was very small with 3 beds and no space to move inside. Beds are awful, old stile military metal beds, very uncomfortable. We wanted to refresh in a pool but it wasn’t working even it was in working time when we arrived

We came only for one night so it wasn’t important for us how hotel looks. The staff is kond and friendly, loby and restaurant are good. Brekfast is also very good. The price is good but still i think is too exepnsive for what we got. Toilet in the room is clean and good. They are renewing a lot so i hope it will br better in future

It seems like a haunted place. Nothing paranormal has happened, but the feeling is eerie. Hallways are empty, half of the rooms were opened without any lights on, I only saw one guest when we arrived. It seemed deserted and smelled like chlorine. The receptionist was very friendly tho. For the breakfast; it was poor. We arrived at 9 a.m. and most of the stuff was gone 30 minutes before closure. Infront of me two staff members were making sandwiches wth the last cheese and salamis on the "banquet".

The hotel is located right next to the main square which is great, lobby seems nice, staff is friendly and it has a car park behind it. There is also a swimming pool, but we haven`t tried it out.

The hotel is old and in not-so-good condition. Images on the booking are not accurate pictures of what you will receive. The beds are old and not comfortable.

The stuff wasn’t even trying to speak English (except from the word breakfast) and not even trying to explain with pantomime or something like that. The photos of the building are quite old and the piscina is not even visible from the rooms etc. (is somewhere at the backyard,we saw it from the parking) Breakfast was good ,but no one refilled it . A lot of people came after and they didn’t find something to eat. The room was cleaned but at the area of the breakfast you could see a lot of spiders and webs (in front of the windows).

Room smelly an the bathroom terrible with no window or functional fan, the room was cramped and small! There was no air conditioning! The pool dirty and the green plants were dead and dried very ugly pool environment, broken tiles and some water slugged in some small pools like 3 m away from the main pool, very nasty!

We didn't get the rooms we booked. There is dust and mold in the rooms. Everything is old and very poorly maintained. We watched the tall weeds around the pool for five days and couldn't believe that absolutely no one was in charge of mowing that grass and weeds.

The only bright spot of this hotel is the pool with very warm thermal water. The water was clean.

The host didn’t provide me with the booked type of room. She doesn’t speak English and solve any questions about accommodation at all. Hospitality is ZERO level!! Instead of double rooms with private bathroom she gave the room in small building for stuff (not main building of the hotel) with shared bathroom. It was very cold in the room but she didn’t provide the blanket. She didn’t give even the towel! The room itself was very poor furnitured (no table and chair, no TV, no WIFI connection in that room) and dirty with broken windows and door handle. Moreover, it was only one key for 2 different rooms and for shared bathroom, so, I was not sure about safety of my luggage and other belongings. Thermal pool was in very bad condition, SPA didn’t work. In fact, it was my worst experience in staying the hotels via Booking.com. I stayed only 3 nights in this “hotel” instead of the reserved 6 nights. So, I really wait for money return from Booking.com and hope, they will exclude this hotel from cooperation.

The outdoor thermal pool is a gem. There are sunbeds, the area of the pool is behind the building so it's quiet. The water is clean and warm. Good variety of food for breakfast, with fresh veggies, warm dishes, tasty baked treats. Nice and welcoming service at reception and at breakfast. The place has seen more glorious days, still visible today in the selection of furniture in the entrance hall and restaurant. The room is a good size, definitely enough space for two persons to stay comfortably. I found the bed comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and are very grateful to the hosts.
