The area it is situated in is not the best , but believe plans to landscape the area are planned.

Fantastic range of food at breakfast, we particularly enjoyed the swimming pool on the roof as a great spot to call off. You are moments away from the beautiful old town streets which take you down to the harbour front in a few minutes

There is nothing we disliked about the property. Although it was a bit unassuming from the outside because the property is on a road that overlooks some building work so the views aren’t very nice on one side of the building However, once you stepped through the doors you’re in a beautiful relaxing space.

The property was clean, spacious and modern in decor. The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower was amazing!! The property is situated within reasonable walking distance from the marina and all the main restaurants . It was a good location for what we needed. The staff were amazing, very friendly and responsive to all of our needs - very helpful !

Strange check in process. We had to pay extra for a cot even though we had already paid extra to have 3 people in the room. There was only 2 towels despite there being 3 of us. There was no complementary water in the room.

Everything was great. As an FYI, there's a set of stairs to the rooms (which are on the second floor) and no elevator. It wasn't an issue for us (and Francesco was very nice to help with our luggage) but thought it's worth mentioning. For us the place was perfecto!

What a beautiful and lovely place. Francesco and Julianna welcomed us into the property and showed us around. The rooms are super specious, and there's a small kitchen in each (which we didn't use but looked like it can be used to prepare a light meal). The bedrooms are cozy, comfortable, and it's clear that a lot of thought and care were given to every detail. The bathroom is also spacious and modern. Breakfast is super nice, with a buffet of pastries, fruits, and the likes. Guests may also order eggs or pancakes. The staff is super friendly and helpful. There a rooftop pool. It's tiny and can't be used for swimming but we imagine that on a hot summer day or evening it can be refreshing to dip. There are also sofas to just enjoy the cool breeze and watch the sea. The location of the property is less than 5 minutes walk from the old city, 10 minutes from the port. The houses around it are small and old but it feels very safe and the streets are well lit. We parked our car on the street next to the property and had no issues (there's a paid parkade a few minutes away but we didn't see a reason not to park for free). The area at the back used to be industrial but it's being developed into a city park. To sum up, we had a lovely stay and we highly recommend the place.

Excellent location, short walk to historic centre with shops bars and very good restaurants. Room a very good size, quirky bathroom. Breakfast was amazing with lots of choice. Staff lovely.

Nothing it was great

Location was perfect just outside the main area, safe, quieter yet accessible. A lovely welcome from the family team who were so friendly and helpful and shared some great useful info on the area at check in. Room was great and so clean with nice extra touches. Breakfast was good too. All the staff make you feel so welcome!

Overall we were very happy.

We received a warm welcome despite being delayed resulting in a late check in. The breakfast dining room was very light, airy and full of character. The breakfast was always good. The area was a bit run down but the building itself A1. There was secure parking very close by for E10 per day which was good for peace of mind but street parking is not difficult.

The owners and the staff have been amazing. They have suggested where to park, where to eat and also the difference between the beaches nearby. They have also created a really clear brochure with their restaurants and beaches suggestions. The breakfast is full of fresh local seasonal ingredients which makes it extra special. The rooms are really quite and have been newly refurbished and the bed is super comfy.

The hotel's outlook towards the sea is currently under development so not the most picturesque of views but will be amazing when finished. Parking outside the hotel was a bit hit or miss and their recommended parking didn't look very inviting.

Lovely little boutique hotel on the edge of town, short walk to the centre. Spotlessly clean with large rooms and modern amenities. Great breakfast. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.
