I had a mirror and comb that was removed from the room, they may have thought it belonged to the previous guests. Never recovered, but mishaps happen.

Great location, helpful in accommodating our vehicle, since the garage was full we were able to keep it parked out front. Great breakfast, mindful staff, they helped with the luggage 🧳🧳

I can’t say there was anything I did not like about the hotel. I did find the cost of daily parking high- 25 euro daily. We were there for a week, so that was expensive.

The hotel was easy to locate by car. It was within walking distance to the centre of Bologna and in a quiet neighbourhood. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The back garden was lovely and breakfast was plentiful- fruit, cheese, meats, toast, hard boiled eggs as well as scrambled offers and bacon. Our room was lovely and located on the second floor of the hotel.

Nothing - we loved it all!

We loved this hotel! It was around 10 mins walk to the piazza maggiore which was very easy. It was around 1km to walk there (maybe even less) but you could also get the A bus there if you didn’t want to walk. Supermarket 5 mins away from the hotel for anything you needed. Comfy bed and pillows alongside a very clean bathroom. What set this hotel apart was its surroundings and its greenery! The orangery where we had breakfast (which was very good!) was lovely. They had free drinking water or sparkling water for guest use which was also fab rather than having to buy more. Staff were fab and really helpful when it came to choosing restaurants.

Not really a negative because it's so quiet and peaceful, but if you are looking for something closer to the city center this is on the outskirts of the city by the wall. It was about a 10 -15 min walk to the center. We enjoyed it!!

The courtyard was beautiful, quiet and relaxing. Wonderful place to have breakfast, coffee, as well as late night drinks. Very good breakfast with eggs, meats, cheeses, pastries, cakes, juice, and coffee.

Parking can be difficult as the hotel is in the center and not easy to find. Although the hotel offers a garage (not-so-cheap), but standard price per day for Italy.

Everything from the staff to the room and the food is excellent. The hotel location is excellent, close to the center, very quiet since the rooms are on the courtyard side. Beautiful garden for breakfast with lots of greenery.

TV in our room didn't seem to work/connection was a bit poor.

An absolute gem of a hotel, tucked away but still really close to the centre of the city. Calm, clean and chic room with a well stocked mini bar. Staff were friendly and super helpful. Delicious breakfast in the stunning courtyard.

No elevator to our room, but the staff helped with the luggage, so it didn’t really bother. The walls were quite thin and we woke up when the neighbors came back.

It was a little hard to find on arrival.

Breakfast was fresh with lots of options. Lovely garden to have breakfast or sit at the endnof the day. Good restaurants, especially across the street.
