No customer service support. Not able to connect to Wifi (no instruction in the room; sent a message to property management, no answer). No luggage space - our train is at 1:30 pm, and we have to check out by 10 with three pieces of luggage.

The AC located in area at the room that you can barely get use of it, so we had to keep our windows open during the night. However if you don’t need AC it could be a very good place to stay and I would recommend to give it a try.

The location is amazing in a very fancy quiet neighbourhood and accessible to public transportations. Room was very clean. The check in and out process was super clear and step by step.

High humidity on a couple of nights & the reverse cycle air conditioner did not function properly. Mozzies came in through the unmeshed windows.

Good location. Accomodation had a window that you could open up for air circulation. Interesting area in terms of watching the day to day rituals of the locals. Locals friendly. Good selection of local cafes and restaurants. Walkable distance to central Milan & the significant sights.

The keys didn’t work during our stay, luckily the online key worked well so we just kept using that. On the second day there was only cold water in the shower.

It would be good to know if all the pre-checks have completed successfully. We had to wait up until an hour before checkin time to get confirmation that all pre-checkin had completed and the instructions to access the property were released. Would be.good if this was communicated before hand "Your pre-checkin has successfully completed. Instructions to access the property will be provided 1 hour before your requested checkin time"

2x 7ml shampoo were not enough for whole stay. We asked for more but did not receive. Safe box was not working.

The loud statements about checking out BEFORE 10. 10 is early but leaving before 10 was a step too far. The fob didn’t work for the two internal doors so we continued to use the website to remote unlock. The walls are thin, we could hear the cleaner entering and cleaning the room next door as soon as the guest left.

A bit noisy and room was small and could do with a revamp but compared to other properties it was priced accordingly.

Bathroom was clean, shower was powerful and water hot. Mattress was comfy. Round the corner for TRAPIZZINO. Small restaurant which is a must try for late night food!

Very good location, 20 min walk to Duomo with lots of restaurants and shops and things to see in the surrounding area. In contrary to what everyone else said, I think the check in process was great and the website check in and everything to unlock the doors had no issues

When we came room was too cold, we couldn't manage to turn on the HVAC. Even though, in the late afternoon it became warmer because of the centras heating maybe and other 2 days were great

I didn't like that the photos were deceiving, and it doesn't show exactly how your room looks when you book the apartment. The room is a bit small but for a city break it's ok. We had room 4, we had a kettle (but no tea) had a coffee machine and few coffee caps but not enough for all mornings and no milk. There is no glass or cutlery in the room but you have a small fridge and complimentary water from the host which was a nice touch. The bathroom was clean and tidy, but there is no shower gel ,just a small hand soup, so if you arrive late in the night, make sure to have some shower gel with you with you. Overall, it was an ok stay for the price we paid and for a short stay.

I liked that it was close to the center , walking distance and also good transport connections if you want to take the public transport.
