Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

JordanThe AC located in area at the room that you can barely get use of it, so we had to keep our windows open during the night. However if you don’t need AC it could be a very good place to stay and I would recommend to give it a try.
The location is amazing in a very fancy quiet neighbourhood and accessible to public transportations. Room was very clean. The check in and out process was super clear and step by step.

The fob didn’t work for the two internal doors so we continued to use the website to remote unlock. The walls are thin, we could hear the cleaner entering and cleaning the room next door as soon as the guest left.

United KingdomI didn't like that the photos were deceiving, and it doesn't show exactly how your room looks when you book the apartment. The room is a bit small but for a city break it's ok. We had room 4, we had a kettle (but no tea) had a coffee machine and few coffee caps but not enough for all mornings and no milk. There is no glass or cutlery in the room but you have a small fridge and complimentary water from the host which was a nice touch. The bathroom was clean and tidy, but there is no shower gel ,just a small hand soup, so if you arrive late in the night, make sure to have some shower gel with you with you. Overall, it was an ok stay for the price we paid and for a short stay.
I liked that it was close to the center , walking distance and also good transport connections if you want to take the public transport.
