As mentioned by other users, the aircon cannot be adjusted and the comms are lacking as are welcome touches: tea, coffee etc which would complement the coffee makers (2) and kitchen facilities.

The flush on the toilet was broken and it's very noisy, you can hear all the traffic outside. We never met the host so can't comment on that but there was nothing left for us, not even a bottle of water. The sheets were clean but one had a big rip in it.

The location was great, a short walk from the train station with the bus stop just across the road for the old town. The apartment is really big and had everything we needed. It felt clean and we were really happy with our stay.

This apartment is definitely not suitable for 6 people. The extra guests would have to sleep on the couch in the kitchen, where there would be no space left to move around. Fortunately, there were only 4 of us, with the plan that three would sleep in one bedroom and one in the other. However, there was bedding only for the double bed where the fourth person slept, so we had to improvise. There were no extra blankets or pillows available anywhere. Maybe in the locked cabinet? If you’re planning to cook here, it simply wasn’t possible in our unit. There wasn’t enough necessary kitchen equipment. The cupboard with the glasses was very hard to open — you’re almost afraid you’ll break something in the process. The photos present the apartment a bit differently...

The apartment is located right in the heart of Bergamo – the modern part of the city. It’s just a few steps from PAM, Carrefour, Coin… and not far from the excellent gelateria Gelato al Quadrato. To enter the building, simply ring the apartment’s doorbell, and the keys are then available in a lockbox by the apartment. A very smart, contactless 24/7 solution. The bedrooms are spacious, but (see negatives). Otherwise, the apartment was clean and tidy.

We didn’t like: the pull-out chair (it was quite worn out), there was no tea or coffee in the kitchen. The host asked us for extra money for the city tax, even though the amount on Booking included all taxes and fees.

We liked: the view from the window, the cozy bedroom, the location right in the city center, near the airport bus stop, and within walking distance of the train station.

It is really a good option for accommodation in Bergamo, all was good: location, communication, conditions. For sure next time we'll choose again, but since now recommend to everyone want to visit this city.
