To enter the house and room you need a code, it was thrown off very late, my small child and I stood at the entrance and waited. There is not even soap in the room to wash your hands. There are no live staff, only correspondence. Mobile reception is very poor

I think it was the worst place I have stayed in my life.The first day we got there the room and especially the bathroom was very dirty, I don't think the cleaners cleaned the room before we got in. The room itself was very small and there were no mirrors outside the bathroom which for me is important. They barely gave us any soap( 3 little packages for 3 nights).The walls were very thin so you could hear everything from the other rooms. The shower was broken and also it was not close to the metro station(20 minutes by foot) but at least there were bus stations nearby. Overall I don't think it was worth the money.

There is nothing worse than having a long day of walking around in 38degree heat, waiting to check in, just wanting to get to your hotel room to relax and then NONE of the WiFi extensions work plus having NO signal in your room. Extremely frustrating. After messaging and bringing it to attention, no reply or solution was given. Throughout the whole time in the room I could not access any mobile network or WiFi. 16:00pm check in is also really late even though we could leave our bags in the hall way, it is still late.

Bed was comfy and aircon worked but really far to walk in peak summer to get to attractions like colosseum, Trevi fountain. At least it is close to restaurants in the evening for food.

The property was 100% non-responsive to questions I sent through the booking.com app. My questions were delivered, and read, but not answered at all. The internet did not work and they did not respond to my messages about it. I also sent questions about early check in, luggage storage, etc, and none were answered.

The room was open on arrival, unsafe area, room not as advertised, very difficult communication with property owner, doors didn't lock. It is unattended property, therefore not safe to stay there, and also very difficult to raise any concern as the property doesn't have allocated available personnel, and their phone number doesn't work. I'D STRONGLY RECOMMEND TO AVOID THIS PROPERTY AS IT'S NOT WORTH THE CONCERNS, CHALLENGES AND NERVES.

Unfortunately I had very poor experience there. Firstly, the communication with the staff was limited. The number provided on reservation is unattended. I've tried to communicate via Whatsapp, message, call, Booking.com, email and I have not received a response. We had troubles finding the location and then using provided code. On arrival we noticed the room being open, and that the room is actually not locked (the lock didn't work). It was not safe to stay there or leave our staff. We tried to contact the property and they didn't respond to us. Booking.com tried to assist and contact them and also were ignored. It is a very unsafe property, with not working amenities, doesn't look as advertised. We had to leave the property and find a new accomodation asap as it was very unsafe. We now are trying to obtain refund.

Zero customer service. The wifi never worked in our room. I sent a message, and never got a response. If you want basic amenities like wifi, soap or 2 minutes of customer service, go somewhere else. You don’t get those things here. If you want a bed a toilet and to be ignored then stay here.

The room was super dirty. There was an old socks from a previous stay in the room and garbage under the bed. Very dusty room and no soap or anything else in the toilets. The shower was clogged with hair. The beds were used up, and the mattress had yellow stains. The leather part of the bed was falling apart and you could not have closed the curtains. So overall, the room really needs renovation

It was horribly damp and smelly. The room was super tiny -don’t fall for the pictures! The toilet clogged in the middle of the night and flooded the room! We left as early as we can in the morning. It was the worst place i ever stayed in any country. I wouldn’t stay there again even if it was free.

There are lots of doors look like each other, so you may have hard time to find it. The owner gives you three codes, the first one is for the building, the second is for the so called hotel entrance and the last one is for the room. There is no one at night. But its check in time is flexible and you can leave your bags giving information before, so that is very good I think. There is a big backyard that is suitable for horror movies. The building is neglected. The room includes a bath that is so tiny, there is hot water, and the pressure is good. They didn't leave any kind of soap. Basic human needs are neglected too, like a soap, or enoug shampoos and shower gels. The bed is old and needs to be changed. I think the sheets and the towels aren't clean enough, the room and the building smells like damp. After the room cleaning they left the door open while our belongings were there. hope this review will be helpful.
