The air conditioning was great at night time but if the temperature is high it could affect it. Just to suggest extra pillow.

The property was just a stone away from St Peter’s Basilica, 10minutes walking to Vatican museum, very accessible to shops and restaurants. The room and bathroom were clean. There’s a coffee machine and kettle.

Very good location at the gates of the Vatican. Very nicely decorated rooms. Free coffee and sweets in the kitchen. I recommend it for trips to the Vatican and also to Rome. Metro station A is very close.

The property includes that it is accessible in its listing. The 3 stairs to get to the lift means this is inaccurate. The management contacted us about this but Because we had booked a last minute, non refundable stay, we chose to continue with the booking. We had to carry the wheel chair and its occupant.

This is a fantastic location if you are primarily interested in visiting the Vatican. We loved our view and the size of the room. We found communication excellent.

We were put in a different room than we booked. It was a smaller room because the owner didn’t think we needed the larger room with an extra bed and he rented it to a family. We weren’t notified ahead of time.We received a minimal compensation but the the room was very small and disappointing.

The location is excellent with just a 5 minute walk to St Peter’s and a large choice of buses to the centre and historical sites. Golnar is a lovely host and does everything to make your stay comfortable.

The location is excellent. The staff were good . The piazza was so energetic, you felt alive and good to be there.

The location was absolutely perfect—just steps away from the Vatican and well-connected to public transport. The manager, Golnar, was exceptionally kind, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. For such a prime location, the price was very reasonable. Highly recommended

Bed a little soft but still slept fine.

Excellent communication from host. Accommodation spotless. Excellent value for money and only 5 minutes walk from St. Peters Square. Home-made biscuits, and coffee were a treat. Big bath sheets and love shower. Wash products replenished every day.Highly recommend staying here while visiting Rome.

Our two-night stay in Rome was absolutely wonderful! The room was spotlessly clean, with comfortable beds that made for a great night’s sleep. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to offer recommendations and assist with anything we needed. The location was perfect, just a short walk to St. Peter’s Basilica, making it easy to explore the Vatican and surrounding areas. We also had an amazing time in Trastevere, where we enjoyed the most delicious Amatriciana and Carbonara pasta, truly a must-try for anyone visiting Rome! Overall, a fantastic experience, and we would definitely stay here again!

Great location and help from the owners of the hotel. Although it has an unmanned reception, we received a lot of help from our contact. We were given extra coffee capsules when we asked for them and the room was cleaned promptly.

Located about 5 minute walk to Vatican City, you can't get much closer to the Pope than this. The suite was decorated over the top - all that was missing was frescoed ceilings. Everything was super fun, comfortable and convenient. Lots of good restaurants and stores nearby and bus routes into the historic centre. Our room was cleaned and bed made daily and it was a joy to come home to after a busy day. We had kettle and coffee maker in room and a mini fridge. The location was very quiet despite work going on in the Piazza in front.
