Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Rooftop bar was a great place to have a drink and enjoy the views. The bed was one of the more comfortable ones during our entire visit to Italy.

IrelandIt's hard to fault anything as far as the hotel. Was a bit disappointed that the bus stop was moved from the front of the hotel to a 10 min walk away (having luggage). But that wasn't hotel's doing, so can't really fault them there.
The perfect location for visiting Palermo. The airport bus has a stop right across the street for arrivals (they recently moved the departure bus from next door to a few meters away). The rooftop bar and restaurant is excellent with a wonderful view of the city along with a delicious eating experience.

During my recent stay, the concierge, Fillipo, completely transformed my trip from good to unforgettable. Not only did he track down a taxi driver who had overcharged me by $50 — and ensured the situation was resolved quickly — but he also went above and beyond in making sure I experienced the very best of the area. His recommendations for boat excursions, restaurants, and local hidden gems were absolutely spot-on, turning each day into its own highlight. His professionalism, resourcefulness, and genuine care for guests made me feel valued and well taken care of. Thanks to his dedication and personal touch, my hotel stay was 100% better than I could have imagined. This is the kind of service that makes you want to return again and again.

United StatesThere was some sort of high level conference going on which involved a lot of police, bodyguards, security, etc. in and around the hotel for a few days.
The breakfast was huge and varied, with many types of choices, healthy and otherwise, and a special table of Sicilian sweets to try. The room was large and modern with a window overlooking the piazza but still very quiet.
