The property was not exactly wheelchair accessible despite it being so advertised. Requires climbing 25 odd stairs to get to the place. Also, the breakfast could have been better.

A decent place to stay near the rail station at a very reasonable place.

The floor in the room needs to be cleaner. I found several hair. Otherwise the Rest was very clean.

Naples is a grubby and neglected city and the hotel looks awful on the outside, as do the surrounding streets. The hotel looks like a derelict building. However, we were pleasantly surprised that it was very clean and modern inside.

Our room was better than we have experienced in most other hotels. It was modern and clean and everything was new. The facilities in the room were excellent. The bed was very comfortable. The staff were very pleasant. This hotel is beside the train station for travelling to Sorrento. Breakfast was ok. Not much of a selection but enough to fill up on.

The street where the hotel is located, typical of Naples, dirty, lots of rubbish, lots of people at all times of the day and night. In the rooms that have windows facing the street, unfortunately you can hear everything happening on the street.

The hotel is very close to the train station, metro station, suburban train which was great for our group who were focused on sightseeing. The standard of the hotel as described.

They have to buzz you in and I think all the room keys are identical. There was no inner latch but the locals have seemed honest enough.

You have to buzz every time you want to be let in, which is probably a security issue! The bedroom I was in was next to the entrance and I could hear all conversation and even at 11pm !

The room was quite small and the neighborhood felt a little unsafe at night.

The check in process was straight forward and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was provided, lots of sweet options and coffee. The location was very central near the station.

The property has two locked front doors and the staff has to buzz you in. I guess this is for security reasons as the area seems to be a bit dangerous. However, it is not the best experience to explain who you are every time you need to enter the hotel.

The room was nice and quite clean. The staff was helpful, and they managed to provide me with an early check-in. Also, the staff held my bags during the next day. The breakfast was not very rich but pretty good if you consider the price of the room.

It was noisy - the windows let in all the noise from outside, the hotel is in an area with clubs and lots of shouting throughout the night.. -

The room I stayed was barely cleaned when I checked in. The toilet sit had black hairs left on it, the drawer was full of dust, one of the pillows also came with a straw of someone’s hair. There were dead insects on the walls

The location was very convenient transport-wise, however overall its very noisy and dirty area. The staff were welcoming and helpful, however the first night one of them (the blue eyed young man) truly scared me. He started banging on my door at 22:15pm when I was in the bathroom, I rushed to see what was happening and when I opened the door he said he wanted to greet me as a manager of the property.

The area felt dicey, and it was noisy as it is the centre of a big city.

The hotel was close to the train stations. Friendly reception staff who organised a taxi transfer for us. The room was functional but clean.

Room was modern and clean. Bathroom clean, showers hot and plenty of towels, although the hairdryer didnt work but I used another one. Handily located for train station and tour pick. Staff very pleasant and available to answer any query.
