Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Super close to everything. The host is super nice and will give you reccomendations and allow you to have a shower even after check out.

The Wi-Fi was patchy and often didn't work on my devices, though given the amount of time I spent in the room this was a minor issue.
This property is located in a fantastic spot on the island - next to the main square, but close to the water with easy access to bike rental, restaurants, and the port. The room was extremely spacious and had everything I needed for a few days while I explored Favignana. Highly recommend staying here when you come to town - I will definitely be back to take in the amazing atmosphere of Favignana!

Quite noisy at night, i guess hard to avoiid considering the liccation close to the main piazza. My bikini was stolen when left out o dry on the hanger in the communal area.
Very spaciois and clean room. Very efficient check in, Noemi gave us all informations about best places to visit, restaurant recommendation etc. We liked the breakfast in a nearby cafe. It was great we coukd still use a shower after checking out. Grazie!

The figs were not ripe yet 😜. Seriously there is not 1 thing wrong with this property. BOOK IT without hesitation.
The location is perfect. 1 block to the center where all the restaurants and shops are. The courtyard was amazing with all my favorite fruit trees - figs, Lemons, blackberries, etc. Naomi was so helpful and gave us a ride to the port on our last day even though it was only a few blocks away.

Noemi was incredibly kind and attentive. She got the room ready for us very early in the day, way before regular check time. She provided bottled water and hot.tea. The garden is lovely as well. We could leave our bags there after check-out and return to pick them up later, and to shower, after going to the beach again.

Exatcly as in the pictures. Superb location . Beautiful smell . Nice garden. The host was amazing , letting us check in a little early. I recommend this place if you want to have a nice vacation in Favignana.

We had a great stay at this B&B. It was perfect for our time there and we really liked how we were able to leave our bags and come back for a shower before catching the ferry, it meant we could make the most of the last day there after check out.

The shower curtain. A different shower with sliding doors would have been more hygienic.
Perfect location, extremely central and only 6 minutes walk from the port. The Guest House has a private outdoor area with trees and chairs which create a magic atmosphere. Breakfast was included. Noemi gave us a voucher to use in a café in the main square. It was lovely and we really enjoyed it. Extremely recommended.

I rarely write reviews but this place deserves one. This place is a gem. Noemi the host is amazing. Kind, full of knowledge for her island and speaks good English! We loved our stay at this property so much we are looking to book for next summer again already. Our room had an attached outdoor courtyard full of fragrant smells of the jelsi tree. Very clean property, AC cold in room, bed very comfortable! Easy walk to all in Favignana and 1 minute walk from recommended E Bike rentals. We Rented e bikes to go the beach lido and explore the island. Can’t wait to return again next year!!

There was a lack of amenities in the bathroom.
We stayed for one night. The guest house is located near the port, in the very center of the town, which is extremely convenient. We were met by Noemi, it was she who helped us spend our time on the island as best as possible. Thanks to her recommendations, we rented bicycles to see the most amazing places on the island, had dinner in a wonderful restaurant with local cuisine. I also want to note the breakfast that Noemi arranged for us in one of the most beautiful cafes in the center of the town. I wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation.

We had a room with a window on the street which was quite noisy at times (like early morning) - but the other rooms don't face the street, so far as I could tell. Mosquitoes were a pain, but nothing anyone can do about that, they were bad everywhere because of the rain.
The owner Noemi is very feisty and friendly and speaks good English. She has discount agreements with some of the local restaurants, which is useful, and has ebikes to rent. The property is very clean and very central.

Everything was great. Noemi was really helpful, made sure I had a kettle so I could make tea, and gave me some lovely pears too!
I really liked having the vouchers that I could use at two different cafes in town -- this is a really good way of organising breakfast!

The staff were really friendly and helpful with recommendations. Hotel was spotlessly clean. They have electric bikes available to rent at a fraction of the price compared to local vendors. Breakfast was coffee and croissant at a local cafe in the town (2 min walk).

Super convenient location. We were able to rent ebikes right at the property. Noemi, who helped us during our stay was wonderful - so responsive, helpful and nice! Would 100% stay again and recommend to anyone staying in Favignana!
