The staff were lovely and extremely helpful. The breakfast was amazing and great value. The facilities were clean and the location was amazing; quiet but still in a central location.

Exceptional – 10/10 The room was absolutely perfect: spotless, comfortable, and beautifully designed. The staff went above and beyond, truly some of the friendliest and most helpful I’ve ever encountered. Breakfast on the rooftop terrace was also an absolute highlight. The location couldn’t be better: central yet peaceful, with everything within walking distance. For evenings, there’s a fantastic cocktail bar just around the corner (La Buvette) for aperitivo, and the staff provided excellent restaurant recommendations that made our stay even more memorable (highly recommend Rosciolo Salumeria and Hosteria Grappolo D’Oro). A boutique hotel at its very best – can’t wait to return!

We arrived at the hotel late at night and were warmly welcomed by a wonderful receptionist. Despite the late hour, she patiently explained everything about the room, accompanied us upstairs, and made sure we felt comfortable right from the start. We even received a complimentary room upgrade, which was such a nice surprise. The room itself was of the highest standard – spotlessly clean, with high-quality soaps and shampoos, a unique and stylish glass sink we’ve never seen in any other hotel, and an incredibly comfortable, spacious bed. Honestly, it was the best sleep we’ve ever had in a hotel – we slept like babies. Breakfast was simply dreamy – delicious, varied, and beautifully prepared. You can really feel the chef’s talent and dedication. Overall, a perfect hotel experience in every way. Thank you to the amazing staff – we would be absolutely delighted to come back. No doubts at all!

Amazing hotel, great location. Room was huge which is rare for the Europe hotel. Great terrace with beautiful view was highlight of the stay. Staff at reception and restaurant were very polite, professional and much more trained to give you 5 star hotel experience than in many 5 star hotels

The location is great if you want to visit Villa Borghese. Breakfast was not good, but the pastries were delicious.

There are too many rules, restrictions and requirements for hotel guests. For example, you can’t bring your own food into the room. It’s amazing. We booked the hotel for 4 nights a week before the trip. We couldn’t fly out of the country and got to the hotel later than planned. In fact, we lost the cost of two nights at this hotel. But it didn’t upset us as the hotel staff, who were aware of our difficulties and nevertheless notified us that they would not check us into the hotel if we did not check in by the end of this day, we managed to get to the hotel within 2 hours before the specified time. But the unpleasant impression from the hotel staff remained

Everything! This is the best hotel we have ever stayed in. The staff were so kind and helpful. Breakfast was EXCEPTIONAL and the service fantastic. Communication was great, just a message to the hotel to request any thing needed. The hotel itself is in a fantastic location, just off the main shopping street. It is beautifully decorated and maintained. Can’t wait to come back!

Nice welcome to the venue. Room was a good size, very clean, comfortable and good AC in the summer heat.

Nothing - an added touch would be to have dressing gown without an additional charge.

From the communication prior to staying, to the warm welcome, to the late night call when I could not figure out the AC, everything was amazing. Rarely does a hotel deliver on all fronts. Highly recommend.

First of all stuff members are really best of the best. They interest every detail what you need and occur a solution. The rooms are super design and clean. Breakfast is really tasty and quality.

They checked us in early, location the best, staff excellent, breakfast superb.

Only first day free water in room, 6 euro to pay if you want to use a bathrobe, cleaning during stay can be done better (floor was never cleaned it seems), shower gel and other amenities seemed low quality.
