Stunning views, beautiful garden and pool. Our room was lovely, comfy bed and had everything we needed. Francesca and staff were friendly and welcoming. Evening meal was great and wine/beer a good price. We had a wonderful time and will be back

I think making it clear that walking to the town is not really an option. It’s a long way and dangerous. However a taxi was easy to get which we did.

Location is excellent, rooms were lovely and annex, had great views sitting just out side the entrance at the bistro table.

Being picky maybe some basic condiment’s like salt in the annex

We loved our time at Podere Sette Piagge. Francesca, her family and staff couldn't help us enough with things to see and do in Orvieto and surrounding towns. It was a 5 min drive OR a 20 minute zig zag walk up a paved Etruscan path to Orvieto. A wonderful breakfast was provided each day. Most afternoon's were spent in the pool and wonderful gardens below the majestic Orvieto cliffs - stunning !! The rooms were very comfortable - no issues with sleeping.

    No issues for us

So relaxing and friendly. Dogs were added entertainment. Swimming pool was lovely to relax around and the breakfast very tasty

Bit tricky to get to from station without a car. Don’t walk, try and get a taxi

Nice location, not crowded with swimming pool. Easy parking. Breakfast outside under grape bushes. In walking distance of Orvieto, if you don't mind a 20 minute steep walk (very steep).

We didn't get the room as described (no work desk, no ground level, no seating area, no 4 seat table outside), but decided to go with the room with a small 2 stool terrace overviewing the valley and more privacy.

The property was very beautiful, situated just below the walls of Orvieto. Pool was a great addition and just wished we’d had more time to use it!

My family of 6 had a fabulous stay at the Podere Sette Piagge! It exceeded our expectations in every way. The property is beautiful, lush, and well maintained with 2 sweets dogs and a cat that greeted us every day. Francesca, the proprietor, and her family were warm, friendly, and helpful. It was easy to converse with Francesca, who spoke English very well. She helped us with dinner suggestions in Orvieto and reservations at the Locanda just across the street. We spent afternoons at the lovely pool, and Francesca brought us wine and snacks to enjoy while lounging there. Breakfast was served outside under grape vines and overlooking the gorgeous countryside. It was a delicious spread of pastries, fruit from the property, fresh eggs from their chickens, meats, and cheeses. We also had coffee made to order. Her small staff seemed more like family and were kind and friendly. They refreshed our rooms daily. It was truly a magical experience at the Podere Sette Piagge, and we hope to return again one day! Thank you so much to Francesca and her family!

    Nothing!

Location, close to Orvieto with a feeling of being in the country, a 20 minute climb to the town which was fairly ok! The restaurant across the road was fab! Would have loved to stay longer

What a beautiful experience we had at Podere Sette Piagge. The grounds were idyllic. The pool was enjoyable with a majestic view of the cliffs of the old town. There was great variety with the included breakfast located under the pergola of grape vines. The old Etruscan path up to the old village was very steep and challenging but a peaceful 20 minute walk if you were up to it (although not lit at night). Francesca and her staff were friendly and super helpful. Thankyou for a very enjoyable stay.

The shower was small (as many in Europe are) and the wifi was a little slow sometimes but these were very minor issues and did not affect the enjoyment of our stay.

The location was perfect, quiet, close walk to town despite uphill climb. The staff were wonderful and accommodating. I was checked in early despite early arrival. The property bed and pillows were memory foam which is uncomfortable for me. The fan in the bathroom would go on when closing door which was noisy. The yard was messy unkempt.
