Stunning setting amongst the vinyards of Chianti. Charming building and gardens. Fantastic breakfast. All the positives outweighed the negatives.

United KingdomThe swimming pool was freezing and full of debris and dead flies. The cleaning machine was still in the pool which could easily have been removed by staff but they were lovely.
The breakfast was delightful although a little longer to arrive to us than we thought. The overall experience was superb and the location fantastic.

Niccolo was delightful. Best service we have experienced in Tuscany. Lovely traditional house. Breakfast on the terrace was great. Pool was lovely.

Great rooms, beautiful views. Super nice breakfast was all well arranged. The location is perfect, you are close to several large wineries and also for dinner there are many nice and tasty restaurants at a short distance. There was a mistake made by me about the payment but that is fortunately all well solved. I would definitely book here again and absolutely recommend this to friends and family! Thank you so much for our great stay and thank you for everything!

SwedenUnfortunately, the facilities did not quite meet our expectations. The bed was uncomfortable (missing top mattress?), the room was cold, the blankets were too thin, and we were bothered by mosquitoes. The pool was not prepared for use during our stay, and the breakfast and coffee could have been of better quality – we would have appreciated a menu to choose our own breakfast items. Another thing to be aware of is that payment was only possible in cash or via bank transfer, which we were not informed about until check-out. This meant we had to drive into town to withdraw cash. There is great potential here if the facilities are updated – as mentioned, Niccoló was truly wonderful.
Niccoló was a fantastic host – very helpful and provided us with great recommendations for restaurants and places to visit in the area, which we truly appreciated. The surroundings were incredibly beautiful, and we really enjoyed the view.
