Only two nights are too short to enjoy this property and exploring surrounding areas.

Great property to stay with family. Due to unpredictable cold weather, we didn't have chance to use the pool. However, there was private spa where my family can book 1 hour and use in private. Surrounding area is super beautiful and a lot of things to do. Restaurant and its wine list are one of reason to stay here.

The lady at the front desk was extremely welcoming and kind to us. She gave us a lot of advice on activities in the area which was very helpful as we aren’t from here. The room was very clean and nice to stay in especially for the prices! The food at the restaurant was also to die for!

The only thing I didn't like was that I didn't book for longer, one night was not long enough to enjoy this beautiful little sanctuary.

This accommodation is a wonderful find, set in a beautiful location, I couldn't recommend this place more highly. The rooms are ideal with a lovely pool area just outside. The evening meal at the restaurant was exceptional, lovely locally sourced ingredients and the breakfast the next morning had a lovely selection. Orbetello is a beautiful place to explore.

The staff were extremely lovely and accommodating. We travelled with our 1yo son and everything was prepared for him in the room. We loved the breakfast set up - it’s served in a beautiful winter garden next to their orchard. The restaurant is nice and convenient, both for couples and families.

We had indicated that we wanted a room with a washer as it appeared to me that you had a washer in your room on Booking.com. Well, that wasn't the case, and since the weather wasn't nice, there wasn't a way to dry them as well. Had we had a washer in our room I think I would have washed just a few pieces as we really needed some clean clothes. She tried to call me that morning, but I think she could have messaged me with the washing machine info days in advance. Had she, I probably would have selected another property.

The staff is lovely. Very welcoming and helpful. She helped unload our luggage and drove it to our room. The room and bathroom were clean and nice. The property is lovely although we were just there for the night and we didn't take advantage of it. The breakfast was VERY nice. The restaurant looked great and I wish we had eaten dinner there.

Nothing to complain about. The only challenge was transfer from the airport, the closest one seems to be in Rome and it took 1.5 drive from there. So it may be easier to travel by car or rent one at the airport, if arriving on a plane. Having a car also makes it easier to go from the hotel to the beach.

The place was very cozy, quiet and immersed in the nature (surrounded by green landscape and olive trees, nice and open view reaching far away, it was perfect for relaxation and meditation). The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was just the right size (not too small and not too big), and with a good variety. A small swimming pool area also added to the enjoyment and served as a good replacement for the beach, on the days when we had no time to drive there.

Very good customer attention,nothing was to much trouble for the staff especially the manager, who was excellent . Rural location, very relaxing, I’m not sure it knows what it is ……sort of spa but not that well appointed, great location to explore the area and very quiet if that’s what you want but also quite partyish if you prefer….. very good pool….. but all a bit lacking in soul…..

This is a hidden gem in Tuscany. Everything was amazing - from the very beginning to the last day. Great property, well maintained. A clean pool. Sunbeds. Delicious food at the restaurant. Private SPA with Turkish bath, sauna, jacuzzi, salt room.. But most of all - people who work there and who make your stay special. Thank you, Alice and Martina, you are unbelievable, and I fell in love with you! Thanks to all those guys who work at the restaurant, my special respect to Rafaele and Mido (who makes the best Cuban mojitoes ever)))). Cheers, guys! Let your business thrive and prosper!!! A stunning hotel in the middle of the countryside, but with the beaches so close by. Room was beautiful and housekeeping was amazing. Staff all round were helpful and super friendly. Facilities were brilliant - the pool area in particular! The restaurant was fantastic too.

excellent service from owner and staff. we had to change the dates of our stay and it was very easy and nice on behalf of the owner to accept our request. we also asked to change the room for a better view, we asked for eggs for breakfast for our baby girl, we asked for a crib, we asked for a late check-out...every request was answered with a smile and the staff did everything to help and make our stay enjoyable. it's our second time here and we will defiantly be back.

Shame that bottle of water in the room was not complimentary, but that's a small complaint.

Lovely hotel in the middle of an olive farm, with super rooms, pool and kind and welcoming staff. Fantastic restaurant - lovely breakfast, even better dinner, with delicious food and wines. We also received a free upgrade to a more spacious room, which was appreciated. Location good, a short drive from the Orbetello lagoon and coast, and Talamone.

Unfortunately the restaurant was not as good as expected. We have booked 7 nights with dinner included but we had to choose always from the same 4 dishes per course. Although the food was good, nobody wants to eat the same thing every evening. The concept is not thought till the end. also the service in restaurant was very bad, nobody speaks English, if you ask for something you never get an answer.

The Resort is generally very nice, The Personal is helpful. The room was not very big but enough for 2 people. Very friendly with the dog.
