Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming holiday home, and it was an experience I won’t soon forget. Nestled in a breathtakingly beautiful area, the surroundings are a vibrant display of diverse flowers and trees, creating a serene and picturesque environment that feels like a slice of paradise. The owner’s attention to detail is truly commendable. Each evening, even if no one is around, he thoughtfully lights candles, adding a touch of magic and warmth to the night. GermanyAs we stayed there for workation, we were stuggling with WiFi, but in the end we were able to work with our mobile phone hot spot. If you will stay at the Podere Marchiano for vacation it won't be that important.
We stayed at Podere Marchiano for a workation trip in Italy and really enjoyed the overall beautiful Agriturismo, located in olive groves. The nice pool and green garden are awesome to relax. Alessandro is a welcoming and nice host and made our stay very special. In the end we extended our stay to 2 weeks. In addition, the region for me as a cyclist was perfect with a lot of beautiful cycling routes.

RomaniaThe furniture was in a state of degradation, and the walls were dirty and neglected, with dangerously steep stairs leading up to the apartment, which posed a significant risk, especially for families with young children like mine. To make matters worse, during the cold period when the heating was shut down, the only available option to heat the entire apartment was the air conditioning unit in the bedroom. This was highly inadequate and unsuitable for a one-year-old child. Despite the temperature being relatively warm during the day, the first night was freezing, leaving us shivering in discomfort. On the second day, after returning from a day trip, we discovered that there was no water in the system. The host casually informed us that there was ongoing maintenance work and assured us it would be fixed soon. Fortunately, water was restored after approximately 15 minutes. Attempting to adapt to the circumstances, we decided to quickly wash our one-year-old child in the cold apartment. However, when I tried to take a shower myself, the hot water unexpectedly ran out midway through. I had to finish my shower with freezing cold water and immediately notified the owner of the problem. To my disbelief, the owner explained that I had used up the hot water in their 50-liter boiler and criticized me for supposedly using too much. This lack of understanding and blaming the guest for a basic necessity was utterly unacceptable. We patiently waited for the hot water to replenish so that my wife could take a shower. However, even after half an hour, the boiler showed no signs of improvement, and the water remained ice cold. Next day, we washed some dishes, then my wife tried to take a shower, after burning herself for 10th time, the hot water ran out. At this point we decided to leave and finish our vacation in another place. In the end, rather than reciving a simple apology we were met with a dismissive attitude and the unfortunate comment, "I hope to never see you again.
Quiet surroundings in the middle of olive trees. Host provided a crib even though booking showed they don't have one, thus saving us a trip to rent one.
