From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by such warm and friendly people. Everyone we met was kind, polite, and genuinely wonderful! The breakfast was absolutely delicious—fresh, high-quality products, with an amazing variety. From savory meats and cheeses to fresh fruit, bruschetta, sweet and salted tarts, and the best cakes we've ever had. The coffee and fresh juice were the perfect finishing touches. Truly, everything you could possibly want! We were also so impressed by the attention to detail. You can tell how much they care about the plants and surrounding nature—everything is so well-maintained and thoughtfully arranged. Our room was spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, with high-quality bedding and pillows. The toiletries were lovely too, making it feel like a real home away from home. The pool area was simply stunning—so serene and clean. It was so peaceful, all you could hear was the sound of birds chirping. And the outdoor furniture was perfect for relaxing in the sun. There’s even a convenient toilet and changing room near the pool, so you never have to go back to your room if you need a break. And of course, the highlight of our stay was Tempesta(Storm), the sweetest cat! She would greet us every morning at breakfast with her adorable little face—such a sweet and loving companion. Thank you for everything. We truly had an unforgettable stay and hope to return one day.☺️

Everything was perfect. The scenery, the calm environment, the landscaping around the accommodation, the pool, the friendly and accommodating staff, the breakfast. The other guests were all also very friendly and not loud. No complaints! We left our stay very refreshed

It took a very long time to get hot water for showers. Although this facility is advertised as “podere” which stands for farm as an agriturismo, the only thing that could qualify this as such are the agricultural surroundings. This lodging has all the traits of a nice boutique hotel. After staying in real agriturismo settings previously we can say that the vibes are completely different. There certainly is a higher level of luxury than at a typical farm.

The building appears pretty new and the yard is well manicured with very nice views of the surrounding fields and olive groves. The room has a tiny fridge, a water heater but no coffeemaker. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast offered a myriad of delicious cakes and “tarts”, cheeses, yoghurt and fruit. The hotel has a nice selection of wines and several sitting areas to enjoy them. The larger infinity pool has large (shaded and sunny) seating areas. Unfortunately it is not heated and thus too cold in May…at least I did not see any guests using it. The owners and staff were very helpful and friendly.

It would be more convenient if we were given two key cards as the electricity will go off without the card and none of the electronic devices would charge while you're not in the room.

We wish we stayed for longer. We especially enjoyed the sumptuous breakfast with many natural foods sourced from Italy. The pool was well designed and blends well into the surrounding environment. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean.

What a great property, starting with the undercover carpark right next to the accommodation, the beautiful facility with a great dining room and our wonderful room overlooking the phenomenal pool and nearby landscapes. The hosts were friendly and wonderful.

We had a great two-night stay here! The hosts welcomed us warmly, answered our questions and quickly fixed a problem with the key for the room. The corner room was sufficiently spacious, and very clean; we didn’t like the view on the parking lot, but that’s minor since we spent little time there. It was squeaky clean and was quiet at night, we slept well. The breakfast was stunning, with so much choice, we felt we could sit outside eating for hours! Such delicious food, thanks to Susie! The pool, which we used once around 6:30pm, was big enough to swim, and it was amazing swimming in the red sunset. Wifi was a little spotty just outside on the breakfast area, but fine inside. The location is good, not far from many attractions and the beach. It’s in the country side, so it’s very open, and it’s fun to walk around with the cats in the adjacent fields. We’d love to come back!

They didn’t really have a restaurant open for dinner which I thought was a shame in such a graceful setting. However there are many restaurants in the towns nearby.

The property is great and in pristine condition. The room was nice and comfortable while the garden and pool were beautiful. Breakfast was absolutely fantastic.

It was a great location to explore the area, parts of Tuscany and coastal towns. Then return to relax and sit by the pool. The staff were very helpful for recommendations and the local town had great restaurants and gelato. The breakfast buffet was incredible and on our last day when we had to collect our daughter early from Rome they made us breakfast very early.

Well designed super clean modern building with lovely pool area and horizon views. Breakfast wonderful with option of outdoor seating. Very helpful staff who helped us with multiple dinner and e-Mountain bike reservations, and with early breakfast on the morning of our departure. This property is convenient to Monte Argentino, Pitigliano, Saturnia, Meremma Park, and best of all the amazing and underrated Feniglia beach. Orbatello is a terrific and authentic small town nearby with great restaurants and a dedicated bike path around the lagoons.

Clean, spacious, well appointed rooms and common areas. Meticulously maintained inside and out. Beautiful pool and grounds set in a tranquil country location. The breakfast was exceptional with an incredible array of fresh organic local farm to table products and freshly home cooked savoury and sweet choices. The hospitality was also truly exceptional thanks to Moreno, Luca and Federica. Highly recommended!!

Beautiful agriturismo (B & B) in nice surroundings. The rooms are fantastic and with all commodities in a very modern comfort with beautiful fabrics nd exellent linen. Beds are excellent aand comfortable. The breaakfasts are unbelievable with an excellent choice of everything you desire and with lovely pastries. The lady of the house was very helpful and an outstanding host! The swimming pool and surrounidng area is simply fantastic! Congraatulations.
