Pizzo has big problems with water. If there is no running water in the app. owner starts the supply from the own tank. We had also problem with hot water, but I think it was just one time failure and owner tried to fix it. If it is a constant problem, my review would be 1.

Nice appartament in the very center of Pizzo. Air con only in the bedroom, which is big, comfortable and silent. Living room and kitchen are on the other side of the flat and overlooking a busy and noisy street. Nice and interesting view to the town. If you know what are you looking for, it is a very good place to feel the atmosphere of Pizzo. Be aware, its quite far from the beach and train station, but really close to all the restaurants, cafees and shops. Appartament is very clean and cleaned every day. A bottle of fresh cold water every day in the fridge. Excellent breakfast in the cafe - dont expect more than capuccino and cornetto, but it was wonderfull. Very good and reliable contact with the owner. We had great time there, hanging out in the cafes on the main square.

It is difficult to set the water temperature in the shower. Although I enjoyed breakfast, it wasn't very diverse.

Very comfortable and clean! The A/C pretty much saved our lives! Also the host was so kind and helpful. Breakfast was good as well. The location of the BnB is right at the centre of Pizzo!

A little hard to find via Apple Maps but the host was very helpful and we got there. We didn’t see the air conditioner controls until really late at night so we were hot. Not the host’s fault, we should’ve opened our eyes. LOL Awesome location and very comfortable. We I’ll be back next time and use the AC. LOL

The main issue for us was not having anywhere to dry the clothes, therefore the washing machine was pointless for us, we didnt use it, but we always choose apartments with a washing machine, to allow us to travel with less clothes. We needed a proper drying rack to put outside on the balcony. The apartment did provide a small plastic octopus shaped drying thing, but it was not bigger than an average coat hanger, and insufficient for us. I recommend the owners purchase a drying rack for future guests. One other big issue, and of course this is not the fault of the owners, was the mosquitos, we were bitten many times every night, so I highly recommend that anyone staying in Pizzo in summer brings mosquito repellent.

We were very happy with our stay here, good communication with the owner before arrival, and she even called me when I said we reached the property, and she talked me through everything over the phone. The bedroom was large, the living room quite small, but the balcony certainly made up for it. I'll never forget sitting on the balcony early evening with the road below and the buildings up on the hillside, it was great to sit there and watch the world go by. The highlight of the apartment in my opinion. The bathroom was a little dated, but it was good enough for our needs. Vouchers provided every day for coffee and pastries at one of the cafe's in the main square. The little grocery store at the end of the alleyway (turning left out of the apartment) is highly recommended for fresh fruit.

Wonderful bnb in Pizzo town center! Our apartment was super comfortable and clean, with an amazing view and lots of light. The apartment had everything we needed very a pleasant stay (great AC), and the wifi was strong enough for us to work a couple of days. The extra touches, like the coffee pods, water, breakfast tickets, and daily removal of trash also helped make our stay very comfortable. We were able to find both free and paid parking a short walk from the bnb, and enjoyed being close to the buzz of the town.

Penalty charge for arriving after 10pm, as this is something that is out of your control, particularly when you are delayed at the airport. However, charge fee was lowered.

The long hanging light in the living area alittle too low. Need better pillows.

It was in a great location close to the centre and beach all in walking distance. Spacious and also very good block out noise windows. Breakfast was ok.

Just one minor problem with the doors to the bathroom that couldn’t be closed properly. But it didn’t really affect our comfort.

The location is great, house is clean and well kept with functioning AC, the host is very accommodating and helpful.

The bathroom door did not close properly and there was no hot water, consequently we had to shower with cold water. The breakfast could be much better.

The position was great and the host nice (even if we didn’t have the chance to meet her)
